今次已經是第二次入住，房間乾淨衛生，下次去都會選擇它

The hotel is very stylish and beautiful. The staff I met were very friendly. Comfortable room, good sleep! Everything was fine except for an accident. At 8:30 in the morning, someone rang our doorbell and knocked on the door. Then there was a sound from the door of the connecting room next door. Walked to the next room and found that the hotel staff was repairing it….. It's a pity that our sleep was interrupted and can't continue! However, the hotel staff immediately stopped the operation after we discovered the error. The front desk staff also expressed great apologies. Also treated us to a cake in a beautiful location when we checked out. Although this incident is a pity, it did not affect our pleasant stay experience. We r still very grateful to every staff member we met during the stay for providing us with professional assistance. Thanks!

日落小鎮的充滿氣派的酒店。房間景觀非常好，纜車站和晚上表演場地在隔離，地點非常好。生日當日有小驚喜，令人開心，值得推介。

看煙花地點絕佳，鄰近夜市，睇show。但酒店group bus只在酒店內提供，有等於沒有。前檯不會特別提點你酒店內有什麼活動，雖要自己主動留意。 去gym room 並不十分方便，需要轉兩次電梯。

staff is amazing and helpful. facilities are well maintained. this hotel is kid-friendly. my family enjoyed watching fireworks at the balcony every night.

Cant fault it very welcoming felt special as staff very attentive they even sent a cake to room for my husbands 60th.

ホテルも最高😆スタッフも優しいし素晴らしい。どこを見ても美しい街並みです。遊ぶところ，食べるところが充実しています。また訪れたい場所になりました。ヒルトンに泊まることで更に楽しむことができました。

ロケーションが抜群

Great and convenient area, I didn’t know the room would include the tickets to the Symphony of the Sea, and my room facing directly to enjoy the daily fireworks is such a charm.

飛行機が遅れ花火の直前のチェックインになりましたが、的確にスムーズにお部屋にご案内くださり、お陰様で素晴らしい花火を素敵なお部屋から満喫することができました。 お部屋もきれいで清潔で居心地良く、事前のリクエストも聞いていただけて安心感のある素晴らしいご対応に感謝しております。 スタッフの方が皆さん感じよくて大変居心地良く、また、近くにコンビニ、飲食店もあり便利なので次回のフーコックにはゆっくり滞在させていただきます。 朝食も、その後滞在したリージェントやJWマリオットと比べても遜色なく、予想以上のお味で嬉しかったです。特に、バインミーのパリッとした美味しさは今までで一番、フォーや、フルーツ＆デザートのコーナーも充実していて、大満足でした！

Das Hotel La Festa auf Phu Quoc hat uns während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts viele positive Eindrücke hinterlassen. Als relativ neues Hotel strahlt es Modernität aus und ist wunderschön in Sunset Town gelegen. Ein besonderes Highlight war unser Zimmer (3101), von dem aus wir jeden Abend das beeindruckende Feuerwerk genießen konnten. Die Shows waren auch vom privaten Strand und dem Restaurant aus gut zu erleben – hier fühlte man sich mitten im Geschehen. Für Gäste, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, ist das Hotel jedoch weniger geeignet, da die Anlage sehr weitläufig ist. Die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals sind hervorzuheben, allerdings spürte man, dass man als Gast nur vorübergehend dort ist, was den Service manchmal etwas distanziert wirken ließ. Einige Kritikpunkte gab es ebenfalls: Das WLAN war schwach und könnte definitiv verbessert werden. Die Minibar ist überteuert, insbesondere im Vergleich zu den günstigen Preisen auf der Insel – eine Cola für 3 €, die man anderswo für 1 € bekommt, ist etwas unangemessen. Auch das Frühstück und der Roomservice, so gut sie waren, sind im Vergleich zu lokalen Restaurants hochpreisig. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine tolle Lage, moderne Ausstattung und einige besondere Erlebnisse, jedoch mit Verbesserungspotenzial bei Service und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
