excellent!

This is my second time of staying in this hotel. It’s a very nice hotel and highly recommended. Location is great with restaurants and supermarket nearby but you’ll not find it noisy. Hotel design is cozy and room is very clean and comfy. Staff is friendly for all positions from receptions, breakfast and bell boys.

The hotel room facility is good. Room dining dishes are delicious just that the choice is rather limited.

A very nice stay in general. 1. Hotel is well design with classy vibes; 2. Room is spacious and well maintained; 3. Beddings quality is good; 4. Buffet breakfast with great varieties and especially with friendly staffs; Only two minor suggestions: 1. There’s”no” hot water at the shower but available at bathtub. I didn’t request to check during my stay as not want to change room but better to fix it if there’s issue. Room 812; 2. Room is well designed and spacious, however, it’ll be even better if a small sofa can be placed in. There’s only one chair but something want to have some chatting and drinks which personally not preferred on the bed. Will stay again for my next trip in HCM.

I thought it's a special experience to stay Mai House, there's some mistakes as below: 1st , this was I stayed in 5 star hotel w/o welcome drink. 2nd , the room card didn’t work that day, when the waiter tried to touch the lift sensor, and found it’s not working but didn’t reset immediately, and then reached my room 1007, it’s also not working to open, the waiter asked me to stay room outside to wait him went reception to reset the key. 3rd , the bathroom only shampoo gel, no more shower gel. 4th , no more shave razor. Actually, Mai House Saigon is a nice hotel, I love it, but if no more mistakes, it would be perfect. 

一入住就感受到服務人員的熱情接待， 會幫你把行李送到房間，進房後還會帶著你room tour一遍 非常熱情可愛XD 裝潢很漂亮充滿歐洲古典風，設施完善嶄新，下次去胡志明的話一定還會選擇這間飯店!!!

The hotel was very clean with amazing service. Staff were lovely and in-room dining service was great even at late hours of the night.

Five stars, and two specific mentions for the team here. Tuyen was present on my first day, somewhere in the middle, and again on my last — and every single time, he was warm, accommodating, and genuinely present in the way that the best hospitality professionals are. Not performatively gracious. Just consistently good at his job and clearly someone who takes pride in it. On my checkout day — 30 April, around 5:55 pm — V at the front desk went out of her way to let me know a late checkout was available. Proactively, kindly, and without any fuss. It sounds like a small thing, but in practice it saved me from a genuinely stressful scramble: last-minute shopping, repacking on the fly, potentially moving rooms, coordinating on the go. She didn't have to flag it. She did anyway. This is my fifth stay at Mai House over the last four to five years, and part of the reason I keep coming back is exactly this: familiar faces who remember how to make you feel at home in a city that isn't yours. I'll be returning for both business and leisure, and I hope the team remains as strong as it's been.

Best hotel in Saigon

A very beautiful hotel. Staff are really nice! Breakfast is sooo good! We stayed here for 2 nights and moved to a different hotel but we wish that we just stayed here!!!

Excellent hotel located near all the great spots in Ho Chi Minh. Staff were always friendly, the rooms were spotless and the sky bar was great value and had great views. Breakfast was our favourite part, the best selection of world breakfast I have ever seen.
