酒店位置及房間好，早餐非常豐富。還可以從露台看漢江風景。

房景很美設施也齊全，附近有不少食肆，去重要景點方便，職員有禮也很主動

服務很好，景觀美麗，早餐極為豐富，五天旅程很愉快。

1.這次到峴港旅遊使用摩托車做為交通工具，在住宿地點停車為地下一樓，該停車場服務人員態度極差，只自顧自的玩手機，讓所有摩托車任意停放。 2.五星級飯店連遊客行李都須自行搬運。 3.房內廚具未有相關使用說明。 4.房內燈光照明不足。 5.早餐菜色普通。

除了離機場市中心近沒啥優點 5星級的價格4星級的設備3星的服務 尤其是機場接駁車要錢之外，比grab叫車貴了五倍（兩公里內五星酒店沒看過有收費的） 最氣的是早餐吃完 下午回國前沒吃東西結果上吐下瀉 害我以為被感染武漢毒 原本只要自主健康管理變成自主隔離

交通方便， 鄰近漢江， 接待員親善有禮， 房間夠大有露台但是露台的椅子沒有清潔不能使用

以過往住過的五星級飯店來比較，這間的設施和服務細節還是輸一些

Good location, Friendly staff and nearly by restaurants. I use to stay here for my trip in the past 2 years, thanks to upgrading to the premium floor in the last trip.

Nice environment with well managed facilities. Unpleasant experience at check-in counter. I had booked 2 nights at Novotel Da Nang. Due to flight delay, I was arriving the hotel on the second day noon. It was quite disappointing that I was blamed for “no-show” and the room I booked and fully paid was released. I was told my room was sold when I arrive. I’m not familiar with the “no-show” policy that mentioned by the front desk staff, but it is definitely not a pleasant experience after flight delay.

房間整潔，床十分舒服！員工服務良好，地點便利，露台夜景不錯，不過早機但未能提早check in有點不便

Nice location. You can see the Han River from the balcony. The night view is wonderful.

In overall it’s really nice to stay in this hotel. Nice view.. early checked in, friendly staff, but there is a bar on the 36th floor pretty noisy soemetime
