The staff was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions for things to do nearby. Right across the street is a park/walking area. It was closed as they were setting up for Lunar New Year, but it was interesting to see what they were doing.

Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí thuận tiện đi lại, tuy là cơ sở vật chất không hiện đại lắm nhưng mọi thứ đều hoạt động tốt, có điều hoà tổng nên phòng luôn mát, dọn phòng sạch sẽ ngăn nắp. Đặc biệt là mấy anh bellman rất nhiệt tình & thân thiện, dịch vụ từ A-Z chấm 10 điểm

We stayed twice at the Saigon Prince Hotel for a business trip in June 2025, at the beginning and end of our Vietnam trip. The hotel has all of the amenities for a comfortable stay (restaurant, bar, spa, conference rooms, business center). The staff were kind and competent. It was a joy getting to know them. There was also ample underground parking for our guests who attended a business event at the hotel. The street is lined with many eateries. There are times when the street in front of the hotel is closed for public events, but the staff were good to inform us proactively. The rooms are also huge and insulated in case you need quiet from the bustle of city life.

Quietness: we stayed there Aug 4-9. On Aug 4 (Friday) night, my wife heard some music playing indistinctly from outside. Hwvr on Sat night situaiton became worsen, the music became louder and louder as if we went to a disco. We complained to Front Desk thereafter we were transferred to another quieter room on the other side at around 3 a.m. Next morning (Aug 6) my wife brought this matter up with the Reception. The guy responded that their government allowed the pubs in the City to play loud music over weekend. He further commented we should put on request for a quieter room by the time we made our reservation. It seems to us it's quite ridiculous as "quietness" is of top priority to all guests. Food quality: we went to Ocean Queen Restaurant at their hotel for a seafood buffet dinner on Aug 5. We ate some fresh oysters and other seafood, unfortunately my wife started to suffer from diarrhea the next morning, for me I started mine at around 5 p.m. Later on I votmitted sereoiusly in the lift and lost conscious for a min or so. Fortunately 3 hotel staff came to assist us and send me back to our room. Once I returned to our room, I still vomitting. We hope their Front Desk staff should draw the probable weekend noise pulltion to all guests by the time they check in.

真是太棒了, 旅館就在 District 1 的步行區， 旁邊不遠就有星巴克及麥當勞,還有一大堆的台灣及香港手搖飲料店,到處都是餐廳,有韓國烤肉，中式麵店,咖啡廳等等， 百貨公司與精品店林立實在太好逛,至於胡志明的幾個重要景點"歌劇院,Saigon Central Post Office, 聖母教堂以及 Hotel InterContinental Saigon " 都在附近，走路就會到, 所以到處都是觀光人潮,
