Everything is good besides water in the shower didn't go down the drain. Also, there's still stuff on the stairs. I understand that the hotel is probably finishing up everything but there should be other ways to keep that away from your guests to see.

It was clean and tidy but sound proof not good (the door could not closed completely), air conditioner too old and noisy, bathroom had no shower gel (only body lotion). I didn't take breakfast so no comment. Location is great.

Mình book phòng Suite nhưng lại cho mình phòng khác mà không báo trước. Mình phản ánh thì mới được trả lời. Nếu có vấn đề gì với phòng mình chọn thì nhân viên cũng nên giải thích với khách trước khi nhận phòng. Mình có báo rằng trả phòng trễ và chịu thêm phí. Nhân viên hỏi là cụ thể là mấy giờ? Mình bảo 5h chiều và được báo rằng nếu 5h chiều thì sẽ tính nửa ngày là 400k. Nhưng khi mình trả lúc 2h chiều thì vẫn phải trả 400k. Mình đi Hà Nội rất nhiều lần và các khách sạn khác đều không tính quá đắt như vậy.
