excellent location and staff are so friendly

第一晚住宿有明顯聽到樓上廚房傳出的噪音直到晚上10點多，隔天只是在聊天過程中稍微提及這個問題，飯店人員馬上與主管告知，之後就提出可以換房間的處理方式，相當貼心！每天也都會噓寒問暖，因天氣炎熱有中暑的症狀，飯店人員也提供飲料及食品幫忙緩解症狀。飯店位置相當的方便，離檳城市場及換錢所超級近，走到高島屋也相當方便。房間內也都有按摩浴缸，雖然位置大馬路圓環邊但完全不會聽到外面車水馬龍的聲音，非常推薦的一間飯店。

Very nice staff, good service, they also upgrade me for a bigger room which really appreciate. One thing is the sound protection is not really good or maybe becus i am living just next to the lift so i can always hear the loud noise from other Traveller but other that this minor one, all are perfect! Perfect location as well

Nice room with convenient location

客房維持的很好，雖然簡單，但溫馨，也很亁淨，水壓強是最欣賞的一點，飯店所在地到許多景點都很方便，附近餐廳也多。唯一的是早餐差強人意。工作人員服務周到。

The location is excellent, near to all tourist attractions, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is Delicious and has a variety of food selection. The design of the hotel is quite unique, which is a theme of cave.

房間很美 很乾淨

The location of the hotel is very good, in the heart of the action around the Ben Thanh market. Getting a grab or simply walking around to get coffee; food etc is excellent. The Breakfast at the hotel is great, the beef pho is amazing. The rooms are comfortable, clean, however, I'm not a fan of tub showers. However the plus point was that the tub was quite generous in size of it didnt matter much. Will I book again, Yes!! Location, great breakfast, helpful staff and clean rooms are enough to get me booking again

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of delicious choices. The location was ideal, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and charming cafés just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.”

The hotel is very cool and the room is detailed designed with good place. The hotel offers us afternoon tea and pool, sauna facilities on the day after checkout.

3 nights hotel stay was so comfortable to me. The breakfast, facilities in the room, beverages and etc show that how they take care of their customers. Will definitely back to same hotel again for my next HCMC business trip

The staffs were very professional and attentive to your needs. The room was clean and neat and it’s at a perfect location. I had a wonderful time staying at Silverland Ben Thành!

오래된 건물이지만 관리가 잘되어 있지만 조식 & 오후티타임 음식이 맛있지는 않았음. 빵도 보통.

朝食ビッフェもアフタヌーンティーもメニューに変化があり毎日楽しむことができました。 ドアマン・レストランスタッフなど様々は場面で気持ちのよいサービスを受けることができました。 立地もよく配車サービスもすぐに来てくれたのでとても便利でした。 但し、一点だけ気になる点がありました。 ホテル内のスパを体験したのですが、お国柄なのかもですが担当の方がずっとおしゃべりしていてリラックスできる状況ではありませんでした。 そのためスパ利用については微妙とご報告いたします。
