The receptionist was amazing, she established we were on our mini-moon and gave us a complimentary upgrade - thank you so much.
We would advise that you book the spa session in advance if you’re visiting during school holidays.

The room was very clean and a lovely size. We stayed in a signature suite.
My only negative would be while swimming although the large hot tub says adults only there was a lady in there with a child and the staff dont pay attention to tell them their not allowed in there. I didnt go in the pool as there was a lot of children in there. Staff should be more aware. The girl sat there paying no attention to anyone or anything.

We had an issue with the room to begin with. The room hadn’t been fully cleaned so just asked reception. They offered us a room upgrade which was fantastic. Beautiful hotel, lovely amenities and great options for breakfast.
