Good heating system. Bathing water was hot. Staff friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help, special mention to Tanatsei and Kudzai at the reception. Management shouldn’t force staff to say, “refreshing morning”, refreshing afternoon”, it sounds so acted and unauthentic, greeting should be natural and authentic, not scripted. The property needs a facelift, I had to change my room because the shower hose was leaking so badly, the taps are so old, tiles are very old. Water heating jug had masking tape around the cable (not safe). The property really needs revamping. The swimming pool wasn’t working, had a net over it.

It was too cold to swim but pool was clean.The rooms were clean.The shower takes time to heat up and onlt gets to a warm temperature not hot with low pressure.The restaurant was a bit over priced for the breakfast and dinner spread.The chef at the buffet station was a bit flustered by the amount of egg and omelette orders she had and kept some guests waiting and forgot other orders.The dining experience needs to be improved for the prices they charge per head it is not worth it $25 breakfast and $22 dinner. When the head chef came to check if our meals were ok.I gave him honest feedback about the quality of my meal which was not expecting Upon receiving the information his face changed and walked away without acknowledging my grievance which I found unprofessional.I did inform the other staff who went on to apologise for his behaviour.Perhaps a simple customer care refresher training is required for some of the non-customer facing staff in order to deal with such issues.The casino was closed and waiting for new machines so didn't get to experience that side of the hotel.

Very good hotel, staff very welcoming. The only staff that let the whole team down is reservations, they do not respond to enquiries.

Nice room with good views and very helpful staff. A bit of confusion with the payment and I was charged twice.

I was very happy with their flexibility and they accommodated my unique needs promptly. Had travelled for a race and they allowed me to come and bath after 1130am and have my breakfast at 12 midday. And dinner was delicious. The service is just super. They are now my Nyanga plug

Tired rooms, walls, floors, furniture everything.Seemed to have very young and inexperienced staff who were doing the best they could with what they had. The food surpassed the expectations created by the uninspiring menu. We did have to pay cash for food at the end of the meal as they wouldn't let us put it on the room. The views from the terrace were magnificent but may not be available from your room.
