Nice room with good views and very helpful staff. A bit of confusion with the payment and I was charged twice.

Staff was very friendly and always there to help.

I was very happy with their flexibility and they accommodated my unique needs promptly. Had travelled for a race and they allowed me to come and bath after 1130am and have my breakfast at 12 midday. And dinner was delicious. The service is just super. They are now my Nyanga plug
