We were allocated a room that smelt of smoke and the bathroom had blocked drainage.

Quiet hotel although it is located in remote area.

Great stay

Breakfast was superb. The staff are very friendly and approachable. I lost my key card and they replace it straight away. My children love the hotel to the point that they do not want to go out for sightseeing and tour. There were days that we needed to go out early because we book to go to Hungary and Slovakia and they let us pack our breakfast to go as early as 6:15 am. I highly recommend this hotel.

I went with my parents and my children. The personel made sure our rooms were close to each other. The breakfast is nice as always. Love the natural honey. 5 stars

Came to see the SK Rapid game, so a bit far away from the real stadium. But close to rhe stadium where the national team plays. All in all a great hotel, but far from center and Rapid.

Parkering var svindyr ......

The rooms need maintanance. They do not really have AC, it is more like air flow but it was too warm and windows cannot be open. The sink dropped water at night and floor was all wet. Waiters are very slow. In general it was dissapointing for the level of the hotel.

The reception staff were professional and we were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our room was ok but was set up for 2 people rather than 3. I went back to reception and the housekeeping lady sorted out additional towels, glasses etc very quickly. The room was reasonably clean, however it felt rushed, e.g the window ledge was full of green fly which were not cleaned for the 3 days of our stay. I think because of its size the hotel didn’t feel very friendly. For example we asked reception staff where towels for the pool could be collected and got a rather brisk response which didn’t help us. The breakfast was very good, it was busy but there was always plenty of staff to replenish food as required. The location of the hotel was good as it’s close to the metro U2 line which takes you straight into the heart of Vienna. The pool was most welcoming after a day exploring the city and the view of the Danube, day and night was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Frühstück sehr lecker, aber das Benehmen der anderen Gäste lässt einen manchmal sehr staunen: keine Manieren beim Essen, unangemessene Kleidung, völlig überladene Teller - man möchte meinen, dass es im Hilton etwas gehobener zugehen würde. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber das Badezimmer ist schon (Ausstattung) etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da das Hotel an der Donau liegt und es sehr heiss war, hatten wir leider "Kanalgeruch" im Badezimmer...

Really got place to stay. Does take 2 trams to get to the city center but that wasn’t that bad. Definitely will recommend this

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Der hoteleigene Pool war täglich unsere Abkühlung im heißen Wiener Sommerwetter. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Durch die gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und U-/S-Bahn waren es nur fünf Minuten Fußweg zwischen Hotel und Bahnstation. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Amazing all around experience

Morgenmad var god, men rigtig mange på hotellet havde morgenmad inkl. hvorfor der var et mylder på næsten alle tidspunkter. Pool havde skygge fra kl 12:30, og man skulle være heldig at få solsengen. Rengøringen var god, de tog dog tomme flasker, trods de var i poser. Støj - der var desværre en del gæster med små børn, som fra kl 7 om morgenen løb på gangene og både børn og forældre snakkede højt. Derudover hunde der gøede og så var der fest på hotellet og musikken kunne høres på værelset. Sluttede dog kl 00:00. Det nemt at komme til byen, dog er togkort en nødvendighed og det tager 15-20 min.

Bon petit déjeuner, personnel fort détaché, pas aimable à l'accueil...

Lindo Hotel, ótimo café da manhã, quarto confortável.
