We were allocated a room that smelt of smoke and the bathroom had blocked drainage.

Quiet hotel although it is located in remote area.

The hotel itself is great, we are frequently returning, however this time the heating in the whole hotel was not working. They have put a heater in the room, which was OK, but the common areas, like the restaurant was freezing. It is absolutely fine, if something is not working, it can happen, however the fact that they were trying to hide it and they were pretending that they don't know about it, that is unacceptable. A simply "sorry for the inconvenience" would have been appropriate...

The front desk agents weee excellent. The room was very spacious and clean. The coffee and bar area was very nice.

Inte familjevänligt alls. Stor familj men fick bara 0,5 L vatten och två handdukar. Rummet var dåligt utrustat.

Clean room, good breakfast.

Das zimmer was makellos, das personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war eines der besten das wir je wo gegessen haben.

Excellent staff but hopelessly old and run down facilities for a Hilton. Had to move the room because heating wasn’t working and in general the staff seem to be too busy to keep this hotel up and running. I pity them. They were still nice despite the challenges. Shame on the management.

I have never seen such a fantastic variety of items on any breakfast menu. The food, the atmosphere and the service were all fabulous. My family and I would definitely stay at this hotel when we’re in Vienna next.

Everything was perfect. Staff was courteous. Room cleaned and spacious. Downstairs lounge is a good place to relax after a day of wandering Vienna. Only thing is it's a bit far from the closest train station, 11 mins fast walking.

The room cleanliness was below expectations. In addition, calls to room service and the restaurant from the room went unanswered, which was disappointing.
