Chiếc view quá đẹp nhưng tôi không được checkin đúng 3h (cũng như lúc checkin khá đông, phải xếp hàng đợi). Thẻ phòng cũng hay bị lỗi, không có cân trong khách sạn.

Everything good, good location, and great service.

Location is 2 min to Sydney Wild Life, 7 min to QVB and shopping area, breakfast buffet was soo good, picked room facing Darling Harbour for the fire works did not disappoint, 10 min walking to town hall for taxi to airport

Perfect location and friendly staff👍😃 yet I have a little bit disappointment regarding the breakfast offered. I stayed there for 3 nights excluding breakfast. When I arrived, I was offered to take a breakfast with a discount due to Christmas so I thought it was a great idea knowing the next day was Christmas and I was kinda worried many restaurants would be closed so I wanted to take a breakfast on 25th but the remaining days I didn't want to take a hotel breakfast, unfortunately the staff said we couldn't take a breakfast only one day, it had to be taken based on the entire days we stayed.That was according to the system. Hope there will be a system which can ease customers so they can enjoy their stay.

It is very recommended to stay at this hotel while having holiday in Sydney. The hotel is clean and strategically located near tourism attractions like darling harbour and some trains station as gateway to many more places like QVB, Sydney Opera House, etc. There are fireworks every sat 9 pm at darling harbour. The scenery was fantastic from the hotel's balcony !

The location is perfect. Next to Darling harbour and only 4 blocks away from Chinatown. So you don't need a car as the parking is a hassle and expensive as well. The room itself is quite spacious and the service is good. Next time if I come back again to Sydney, Yes, I would consider to come back staying at this hotel again. ;)

Lokasi strategis, kamar luas dan bersih. Tapi untuk breakfast menu asia sangat kurang.

Gorgeous. Nice clean new hotel, magnificent view to the harbour. Super friendly concierge named Peter who helped us having early check in, super thanks. And helpful front lobby helper named Tony. We are having a pleasant stay. Good job Hyatt Regency.

Good hotel but not excellent, the location next to Madame Tussauds, wildlife and sea life, but to visit that object not recommended.

Hotel yang cukup bagus untuk bisnis, lokasi strategis di pusat kota Sydney dengan pemandangan laut yang indah.

Location is in the city centre. easy to go anywhere. Hotel service is excellent.

The hotel is near the harbor. The ambiance is very comfortable. Food is various and the staff give the very best services.

The check in took too long. The service at the reception was bad.
