Shoutout to the breakfast team, who not only put a delicious spread every morning, with a variety of options (I absolutely loved the stir fried noodles and the mushrooms, as well as the freshly squeezed orange juice; delicious!), but also managed the space and guests with such ease and professionalism. Every morning, they show you to your seat (which is very convenient; no need to scramble for a seat), and they know whether or not you are staying there alone or as part of a group. Again, very convenient!
The luggage team (bellboys?) also did an amazing job, storing your luggage and knowing when you will be collecting (you hive them an approximate time of collection). These services just made the stay all the more enjoyable!

Fav place to stay when coming into the city. Stayed for 2 nights. Always a quick check in and out. Always helpful staff. Buffet Breakfast is always sufficient and great. Stayed in balcony room and found to be clean and neat.

The coffee cups were not replaced with cleaned ones / washed every day. Used cups were just left in the room. I also saw hair in towel and toothpaste in the sink. Teabags were not refilled.

Compared with the price it is overrated, the entire building is horizontally long, while only 5 elevators in the right resulting in a long walk every time.
The view in the gym and the zephyr bar is nice. The room is clean and the housekeeping staffs are gorgeous devotion. For the international long haul flight visitors, if your return occurs in the late night, here got less likelihood to late checkout.
From the hotel walk to the nearest light rail is QVB around 500 meters, with some uphill/downhills.

Thanks to the front desk for helping us with the early check in around noon. After a long flight, we can really use this to fresh up and be ready for the sight seeing.
However, I didn’t notice that the room I reserved did not have a bathtub. Besides, there no swimming pool in this hotel. The gym has a great view. Just a head up for the new comers!
The location couldn’t be better, we basically walk everywhere.

飯店位置佳去臨近重要景點走路即可到達。例如較遠一點的中國城約17-18分鐘即可抵達。
我們住的是一個king size的床，再加了一張rolling bed 就有些擠了。厠所的馬桶蓋沒有緩衝會製造很大的噪音，影響生活品質。另我住的時間較長近二星期，覺得浴室沒有浴缸不完善也沒晾掛衣服掛衣繩，房間內沒有設計抽屜很不方便。

The room that I stayed was from the new block which should be something like a service apartment. The downside is there is no elevator. Guests need to walk a long way back to the old block to access elevator
