For the past three years, we've spent our holidays in Melbourne and each time we've stayed at the Pullman Melbourne City Centre. We keep coming back because of its central location and the spacious, comfortable rooms. Highly recommended for anyone looking for accommodation close to restaurants and shopping areas.

I had the best hotel location that I can run into downtown just to buy Takis and snacks. Near Flinders Station and tram station. Super pleasant hotel.

Letak hotel sangat strategis, dekat Chinatown, David Jones, tempat makan juga dekat. Resepsionisnya ramah dan pelayanannya cepat. Kamarnya juga bersih, handuk tiap hari diganti. Saya kalo ke Melbourne lagi pasti akan kembali nginap di Pullman Swanston.

Tidur di Pullman Swanston menyenangkan, pelayanannya cepat, ramah, dan untuk kuliner dan shopping sangat dekat, transportasi juga gampang. Kamarnya bersih.

Location is superb! Right infront of major tram stops, connected to malls and right in the middle of the action. Love the location! 10/10! Service of staff feels like a 3star hotel, not personable, not warmth, not helpful. Housekeeping is OK, can be improved for their price. Amenities are not restocked after housekeeping. Walls are thin, might be a melbourne thing. Not the hotel issue. Neighbours chat can be heard. Doors are slamming. Would stay for the location, nothing else!

We made the right choice! 👍🏻 Our 6 nights in Pullman Melbourne on Swanston Street was fantastic. > The room was so spacious and clean. > I love their body wash, shampoo + conditioner, so calming & refreshing. > No mineral water provided in the room, so we have to buy it by ourselves. > The gym was outstanding, I love the design, the equipment's kind of new, and they're open 24/7 💪🏻. > The hotel is located in a very strategic location with lots of options for food and malls. Free tram stop is just in front of the hotel, mini market and supermarket is really near. Overall, you can just walk everywhere you want to go from here, even to some sightseeing place 👍🏻. We will definitely stay in this hotel again for our next trip to Melbourne 🤍 Highly recommended!

The location is perfect, the room is large and the public car park is cheaper compared to other hotel.
