Good location. The hotel is located in the heart of Melbourne CBD and is convenient for visitors to shop, nearby attractions and eateries.

Located in city Centre, convenient location with tram stop, big shopping mall and superparket bearby. Near china town with lots of restaurants. Friendly staff with positive attitude. However, a lot of items are only available on request such as slippers, toothbrush, towels although we have paid for additional adult to stay in the room. In general, the experience is satisfactory. Convenient if you travel with kids and elderly.

Staff on arrival were lovely but bed was hard and my toilet kept running water. Also we were promised a bottle of wine leach on arrival and did not receive anything - despite following up.

Excellent stay. Staff were super helpful - friendly but professional. Rooms are clean and modern. Perfect location. Would absolutely stay again when in Melbourne.

The concierge was so prompt and very courteous, nothing was too much trouble and he was instructing 2 other concierge’s. We used the valet parking. On arrival the Pullman was underwhelming as the reception was tucked away in a pokey,dark area. The reception staff were not that obliging on the occasions we spoke to them, not friendly. The rating for this hotel was way too high and I would give it 3.5 stars. Not even a complimentary biscuit and no instant coffee, only a toxic pod machine. A very cheap plastic kettle, Curtains had rips in them. I could go on!

We loved the central location - great for access to transport and shops / restaurants. The room was very comfortable and we appreciated the provision of a water dispenser on each floor. The lobby decor scheme was an absolute eyesore and gave an awful first impression and the decor throughout was harsh and unattractive. In fact the hotel was much more comfortable than it appeared at first.

The room was a good size, clean and quiet. The Pullman CBD is located near China town and the bourke st mall. Trams are also nearby.

Exactly what we were looking for. Good friendly staff. Great location with easy access to Melbourne. Loved it.

Repeat guests I absolutely love this hotel for our city staycations. The general manager is amazing and always looks after us with a nice little welcome back gift. The rooms are some of the best in Melbourne CBD strongly recommend for an amazing location as well.

Room was clean and their service was great. Breakfast was good with many options but portion was small for hot food.

Room was good had all facilities you need , staff were good also , disappointed with roof top bar as this was the only place you could get a drink but had to book a table with them when you tried to walk in if busy they were saying comeback another time , you got free drink vouchers for this roof top bar if you didn’t have room cleaning service everyday which was good but you struggled to get in the Bar to use them . Not a 5* hotel , gym was good also .

The AC thermostat was hard to follow and was not cooling well. Seems like it was electronically locked to 23 C and was not cooling to 19C as required in the summer heat. WiFi was also flaky and not reliable. Had to use my data plan
