The location is good and inside China town. The room is spacious and well renovated. The breakfast is made by order. Only the parking is located in Wilson Parking with 5 to 10 minutes walk.

Good location. The hotel is located in the heart of Melbourne CBD and is convenient for visitors to shop, nearby attractions and eateries.

Located in city Centre, convenient location with tram stop, big shopping mall and superparket bearby. Near china town with lots of restaurants. Friendly staff with positive attitude. However, a lot of items are only available on request such as slippers, toothbrush, towels although we have paid for additional adult to stay in the room. In general, the experience is satisfactory. Convenient if you travel with kids and elderly.

Excellent in all respects. I was on annual footy trip with two teenage grandsons and the hotel gave us complimentary brekkies and a late checkout. Greatly appreciated all round. We’ll be back next footy season. Thank you sincerely.

Everything was just top shelf. The staff were particularly helpful and made things so easy. Check in was a breeze, immaculate and clean room. We had a drink on the rooftop bar which was nice. Breakfast at Eva's was included and there was a great range of choices. Aimed at Western style diet. Juices were freshly squeezed. We left our luggage with no hassle on last day and they arranged taxi, even writing down the number we were to utilise. We will definitely be back and use this product into the future. Worth the few dollars more for sure. Also the gym was outstanding

Clean rooms with plenty of space, nice big bathroom. Everything you need close by and accessible.

Excellent stay. Literally in the heart of Chinatown so plenty of food choices. Public transport is everywhere so needing a car isn't really required.

Was expecting more from Pullman, staff worked there but not with much passion.

Staff on arrival were lovely but bed was hard and my toilet kept running water. Also we were promised a bottle of wine leach on arrival and did not receive anything - despite following up.

Excellent stay. Staff were super helpful - friendly but professional. Rooms are clean and modern. Perfect location. Would absolutely stay again when in Melbourne.

The concierge was so prompt and very courteous, nothing was too much trouble and he was instructing 2 other concierge’s. We used the valet parking. On arrival the Pullman was underwhelming as the reception was tucked away in a pokey,dark area. The reception staff were not that obliging on the occasions we spoke to them, not friendly. The rating for this hotel was way too high and I would give it 3.5 stars. Not even a complimentary biscuit and no instant coffee, only a toxic pod machine. A very cheap plastic kettle, Curtains had rips in them. I could go on!
