Downtown is so disgusting anymore with all the druggies and garbage etc.... we just stayed in the hotel. I had dinner there and your bartender Rebecca was amazing, so easy to talk to, great with all the customers. You don't want to lose her, she is very good at her job. Only thing I didn't like was when you drive for a long time, you should have washrooms on the main floor close to check ins.....almost peed myself trying to find a washroom, I ended having a guest go in the mens washroom before I proceeded to use it because all the other womens were locked. Only downfall.

Don’t be fooled by the beautiful lobby — it gives a completely misleading first impression. The room we were originally assigned was absolutely unacceptable. The moment we walked in, we were hit with a strong cigarette smell that clung to everything, even after just a few seconds. The room itself felt old, dirty, and even moldy. We immediately turned around and went back to the front desk because there was no way we could stay there. To their credit, staff did upgrade us to a room on a higher floor with hardwood floors, which was significantly better. However, the condition of the lower-level rooms was shocking and completely below expectations. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would strongly caution others not to rely on the appearance of the lobby alone — the quality of rooms can vary drastically, and in our case, it was unacceptable.

The hotel has a great little restaurant, Barry's, on the second floor. The food there was delicious and the wait staff were amazing. I went back every night for supper and usually I just opt to eat in my room. My room was clean and I found the area had everything I needed. I will definitely be back!

They said they accepted dogs and then when we arrived they charged 75.00 foe one night for a small dog. That to me is outrageous. I will not return and I think Expedia should had informed us.

The room was a little outdated and there was some rust on things in the bathroom. The staff was nice but I asked after I had paid through Expedia if there was a corporate discount which there was but I couldn't use it on that stay, which was disappointing. The pool and excersies room was nice, the pool was a little dated too. Just an average stay overall nothing exceptional.

It was fine. Bed and pillow too soft and our room was right above construction site which wasn't great for sleeping in at work started at 7am.

Had a great time in London at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spotless. Beds were nice and comfy made for a good sleep. Great location in the downtown core. Had dinner at blakes and the food was really good cooked perfectly!. Something worth trying while here. The gym has everything one would need to keep up their routine with all the free weights youll need. The pool was a nice add, pool was clean and not to cold, and hot tub, which I didn't know was there, was perfect nice and hot, a little small if its busy, but nice to relax in when you can. Definitely will be back next time were in town or even just passing through.

Staff was super friendly

Overall clean and tidy. Its age definitely shows in the rooms with the louvered bigold doors. Bed was comfortable pillows were not but thats also a preference. When we checked in we were told to park across the street but were never told that there was a charge for it until we checked out. I had somewhere else to park for free. We were on the 8th floor and could hear every car drive by and when the train goes by it sounds like its going through the hallway.

Really old property. Needs a reno desperately. Smells like mould feels damp. Check in staff was nice. Bathtub didn’t drain was kinda gross. Food expensive in restaurant for what it is.

The lady at check in was so helpful! She took time to try to get my room on the same floor as my friend. Parking is not great!

The rooms could use a refresh for sure (they were clean but “tired”) I was quite pleased to I have woken up in the morning realizing that I slept right through the night. The beds were quite comfy! If you’re not used to city noise you might want to stay away from the “entrance side” of the hotel as there’s an ambulance station right there. But overall it’s a quick walk to downtown (Canada Life Centre for concerts) and the train station.

There was nothing in the refrigerator, no water, juice or snacks ...etc and their parking was full so I had to park in a public park, the breakfast was very very poor although the restaurant staff was nice and I tipped them nicly. The bathroom tub was blocked and water remained not drained so we couldn't take our shower as they sent a technician late and we had to check out! The air condition was noisy as it is old! Overall it was a very bad experience and we will NEVER REPEAT IT when we are in Lanodon Canada.

Did not get breakfast or bar, room was clean but outside is a little crazy with drug addicts everywhere directly in front of the hotel. The parking situation is also horrible, they have a small lot you can reserve a spot for (which we did not know we could reserve a spot before checking in) We had to park in the paid parking lot which keep in mind, will only let you reserve/pay for the spot from 6pm-6am and the app wasn’t working properly so I had to set an alarm for 6am to walk down to the parking lot and pay again. They need a better parking solution. Also, the wifi is not great and was hard to use. However, the room was clean and nice, although walls a bit too thin, it was a pleasant stay in the room. Staff were also amazing and extremely accommodating for our needs to the room and were very knowledgeable and kind. This made the experience more enjoyable.

Room smelled like urine. We asked to switched rooms and they gave a cleaner fresher smelling room.

Blake Restaurant in the hotels had excellent food and service.
