Restaurant kitchen in morning is extremely slow

Kitchen was equipped with a 2 plate electric hob and a microwave. We had to turn the fridge off as the noise from the compressor was stopping us sleeping. The coffee machine was unusably dirty. I wouldnt bother paying the $30 for the upgraded room. All they did was a lick of paint and vinyl flooring which is noisey.

The breakfast and staff at the restaurant were fantastic.

We had never travelled to London Ontario before, but came to town to see live theater. The hotel is close to lots of things to do downtown, such as Covent Garden Market. The room was clean, quiet and fairly large. Staff wrre helpful

Decent rooms with comfy beds. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here when in London.

Had a great stay here. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Went above and beyond! Would recommend.

There was shampoo or conditioner all over the shower when we arrived. So it felt like it hadn’t really been cleaned. It was unusual not to have a smart TV and the room could definitely use an upgrade/paint job. The parking was extremely limited for the size of hotel and we were lucky to find one of the last spots but several others would have been unable.

It was a good location we were close to Canada Life Place. The rooms were clean, everything we needed. The only issue was parking was a public lot.

Room was ok. Out dated and no hot water for a shower or to wash up.

The bed was bumpy and uncomfortable. The hot tub needs improving.

Unfortunately our shower was broken and the water never got above just slightly warm. the drain was also broken/jammed which meant you were also standing in cold water.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was pleasant!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Close to restaurants and the venue we wanted to go too!

Excellent check in desk staff, with a warm cookie on arrival. Located very close to the Via station for train travellers. Close to most major hotspots.

Restaurant was nice and liked having Yuk Yuks in the building. On a cold winter evening no need to go outside. Perfect!

Our room was clean and fresh when we arrived. I had booked a standard room with a king size, the hotel upgraded us to a deluxe room with a king size and a balcony. We had an issue with our glass door key card (we had 2 sets of locked doors to go through) and the front desk remedied that for us immediately. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would book there again.
