Dated, very dated in some aspects. Felt like I was back in the 80’s with the gold wallpaper and drapes. Sink taps are outdated but love the nostalgia. H for hot and C for cold. Closet doors also, felt like hiding and Mike Myers was going to come stabbing through the venting. For the money per night you’re not much better than the Ramada on Exeter.

Rooms are really dated. Wallpaper falling off. Hotel rooms need a renovation

Clean room , very quiet , easy check in , area is fine ! , professional polite efficient staff , great free cookies to start the day is a nice touch ! No complaints , would stay again

The issue is room wasn’t cleaned/refreshed/attended to (we booked for multiple nights). When I reported this to front desk staff I was told we had to request a room cleaning/that it wasn’t done automatically. I have never heard of this expectation other than Covid protocols. They would not offer any resolution. Not impressed.

Parking was made more difficult as 2 buses blocked the entrance when we arrived. They were picking up conference attendees, but a number of cars were blocked from the main entrance. Despite the fact our room was not made up upon our arrival at 5:00pm, the reception staff were quick to get us an alternate room & gave us a voucher for breakfast. The hall carpets were a bit worn in places , but rooms were huge & clean, the mattress was soft & the towels plush. All in all, a nice stay.

Under new management, making improvements No out door pool, they are taking it out ( need to update web site) No breakfast, dinner was good

Staff were good but did not advise me about the extra 30 dollars they charged me for parking…room was not the greatest, fairly outdated and had an interesting smell. Not the worst iv been in but not the greatest.

Great stay

Great location and ideal for going to concert

Accommodations were nice. However, there was a kid's baseball tournament in town and they were running around the hallways while parents partied...lots of slamming doors, shouting and laughing well past 10:00 pm. I was told a day in advance that there would be absolutely no early check-in available.for anyone. This was untrue. many others that attended the same event as I did told me that they showed up before 2:00 and were checked in.

The hotel was ok, the rooms were dated with older stained furniture and carpets. The bed was comfortable and the gym was better than most hotel gyms. The downtown of the city in London is horrendous with drivers out street people and closed down businesses all around.

The rooms were clean and the pool was huge and very warm. Nice place to stay

Good hotel for the price.

The property was quiet and Blanca’s walking distance to Canada Life Place. The breakfast was outstanding!

The staff is friendly and most helpful. Our suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I recommend this location if you need to be downtown for work or an event at Canada Life Center which is an easy walk from the hotel.

The hotel was fine, but at that price, I think breakfast should be included
