There was nothing in the refrigerator, no water, juice or snacks ...etc and their parking was full so I had to park in a public park, the breakfast was very very poor although the restaurant staff was nice and I tipped them nicly. The bathroom tub was blocked and water remained not drained so we couldn't take our shower as they sent a technician late and we had to check out! The air condition was noisy as it is old! Overall it was a very bad experience and we will NEVER REPEAT IT when we are in Lanodon Canada.

Did not get breakfast or bar, room was clean but outside is a little crazy with drug addicts everywhere directly in front of the hotel. The parking situation is also horrible, they have a small lot you can reserve a spot for (which we did not know we could reserve a spot before checking in) We had to park in the paid parking lot which keep in mind, will only let you reserve/pay for the spot from 6pm-6am and the app wasn’t working properly so I had to set an alarm for 6am to walk down to the parking lot and pay again. They need a better parking solution. Also, the wifi is not great and was hard to use. However, the room was clean and nice, although walls a bit too thin, it was a pleasant stay in the room. Staff were also amazing and extremely accommodating for our needs to the room and were very knowledgeable and kind. This made the experience more enjoyable.

Room smelled like urine. We asked to switched rooms and they gave a cleaner fresher smelling room.

Blake Restaurant in the hotels had excellent food and service.

Staff was great, parking was across the street but still close. Rooms were “ok” I would say, nothing special. Slightly outdated.

Room was clean. Could do with a renovation. Furniture, carpet is worn and dated as well as the wallpaper. Bed and pillows were comfy.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in was quick and seamless, and our room was impeccably clean. We had a very comfortable experience and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel was very tired. The elevator creaked and the carpet in our room was old. The beds were not exactly tidy and there was so much noise in the room it felt like there were other people sharing the room with us. Noise continued to 5a.m. Needless to say there was no sleep, the hotel personnel did not intervene and we will NOT be back.

Il y avait des plumes dans tous les oreillers et les couettes... ily a tellement de gens allergiques aux plumes et la poussière des tapis, et les couettes et oreillers en plumes ne sont pas lavables facilement, dont pas hygiéniques du tout que la plupart des hotels les ont complètement éliminés... qu'ATTENDEZ VOUS ? J"ai du tout faire enlever tard le soir et y'a plus de femme de chambre pour faire ces taches... la personne a la réception a du s'en occuper...

Restaurant was very slow. There was no other patrons but us and food took very long. We were sat and asked for our drink order and 25 mins passed before they returned.
