The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in was quick and seamless, and our room was impeccably clean. We had a very comfortable experience and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel was very tired. The elevator creaked and the carpet in our room was old. The beds were not exactly tidy and there was so much noise in the room it felt like there were other people sharing the room with us. Noise continued to 5a.m. Needless to say there was no sleep, the hotel personnel did not intervene and we will NOT be back.

Il y avait des plumes dans tous les oreillers et les couettes... ily a tellement de gens allergiques aux plumes et la poussière des tapis, et les couettes et oreillers en plumes ne sont pas lavables facilement, dont pas hygiéniques du tout que la plupart des hotels les ont complètement éliminés... qu'ATTENDEZ VOUS ? J"ai du tout faire enlever tard le soir et y'a plus de femme de chambre pour faire ces taches... la personne a la réception a du s'en occuper...

Restaurant was very slow. There was no other patrons but us and food took very long. We were sat and asked for our drink order and 25 mins passed before they returned.

Staff were friendly, room was clean. Good location for events. Note, close to the fire department so wear earplugs.

Restaurant kitchen in morning is extremely slow

Kitchen was equipped with a 2 plate electric hob and a microwave. We had to turn the fridge off as the noise from the compressor was stopping us sleeping. The coffee machine was unusably dirty. I wouldnt bother paying the $30 for the upgraded room. All they did was a lick of paint and vinyl flooring which is noisey.

The breakfast and staff at the restaurant were fantastic.

We had never travelled to London Ontario before, but came to town to see live theater. The hotel is close to lots of things to do downtown, such as Covent Garden Market. The room was clean, quiet and fairly large. Staff wrre helpful

Decent rooms with comfy beds. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here when in London.

Had a great stay here. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Went above and beyond! Would recommend.

There was shampoo or conditioner all over the shower when we arrived. So it felt like it hadn’t really been cleaned. It was unusual not to have a smart TV and the room could definitely use an upgrade/paint job. The parking was extremely limited for the size of hotel and we were lucky to find one of the last spots but several others would have been unable.
