Huge room with a view of the Calgary Tower. Beds were a bit hard. Lovely pool and hot tub.

The property is so hot that I think the thermostat for the entire building is set to 50 degrees Celsius, which makes our room uncomfortable. I wake up at night sweating, and it's not comfortable at all. The hot air even makes my nose bleed.

The Palliser is a fabulous location and the Hawthorn lounge is a favorite please to relax with a glass of wine. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, super comfy beds. This was my first stay since ACCOR acquired the property. I have noticed a change in cleanliness. Visible dust on fixtures in the bathroom and dirty mirrors for example.

Staff is friendly and courteous. Acoustical isolation of room from corridor is terrible.

The property shows its age but it makes up with excellent service. Will stay again.

We absolutely love our time at the Fairmont Palliser! Neal is our favorite member of the staff and we can’t imagine the Palliser without him! He is such a gem and we love his kind, considerate, and thoughtful approach to guest services! The Fairmont is such a wonderful home away from home!

We stayed at the Palliser multiple times and it is always excellent - the food, spa/ hot tub and pool are a nice place to relax. We recommend the Palliser
