非常有歷史感的飯店。房間很大。距離市中心很近，購物吃飯都非常的方便。

酒店的软件很旧，空调很吵，除了位置好，没有其它好的地方

Lovely hotel, but it would have been nice to know that the hot tub was out of service Since the hotel/pool was one of the main reasons I booked it for my daughter.

Excellent downtown location.

Wonderful experience from the time the doormen greeted us outside the hotel. One of the worlds most beautiful hotels. A true honor to stay in this piece of western Canadian history.

There is self parking and valet. When explained it was difficult to figure out which was cheaper. Either way parking is very expensive.

Please add bottled water to the room and checkout by TV. Service was great- room was lovely, location amazing (Boston pizza, Starbucks, etc).

The staff were exceptionally kind, listened to concerns, and were quick to fix any issues. The hotel rooms are dated and in desperate need of a remodel; vents were dusty, bathroom door paint was chipped, stray tape on the wall, the glass on the table and the TV vanity were not cleaned properly, and the TVs were down at the time of my stay.

Room small and dated and car parking difficult.

Clean room but have to turn all lights off individually 😊

테이블 조명에 먼지가 수북하고 냉장고는 고장나있었어요. 컨디셔너는 거의 없어서 사용할 수 없었고 온수 풀은 고장이라 이용할 수 없었고요. 그러나 직원들은 매우 친절했고 요청사항을 바로바로 들어주려고 노력했어요. 방 외관과 인테리어는 멋졌어요!

The nice upgrade to Fairmont Gold was nice !

There was a special treat waiting for us in the room to celebrate a special milestone!

Gorgeous hotel but the service was not what I’ve come to expect from Fairmont.

We had a great stay at the Fairmont hotel. No complaints.

We had some issues that were resolved by the manager and reception staff in an agreeable manner. We appreciate the rapid response and solution.

This stay was amazing for stampede! The staff were so helpful and the hotel was lovely, however the hot tub was being maintained during our stay so was not in use and the pool was smaller than expected. I just wish the hotel bar stayed open a bit longer
