We stayed for two nights at the fallsview hotel, but were disappointed at how the hotel missed the house keeping for our room, even upon reminding the front desk a few times throughout the day, as we came back to the room in the afternoon to find out the room was left the same as it was when we left in the morning. When we came back to the hotel after dinner that night, no towels were replaced, no beds were made up, trash bins were all left full, and the worst of all was the shampoo and body wash were all out. We had to request for all the amenities on that night. It was a very disappointing experience at the hotel.

Not recommended, the pillows and bedding are not comfortable. I booked a view falls room, but I can't see the Horseshoe Falls. Hidden by trees.

Yes it was good

This hotel is in a great location making the falls very walkable. No taxi required and no astronomical parking fees to park at the lot near the falls. Parking at the hotel reasonable at $50 a night to park yourself. Room with a view is fantastic.

Service at Starbucks and Freshii was a bit slow. However, our overall experience was excellent! We had a room with a beautiful view of the falls. Great location.

This hotel is very expensive. There are many other hotels in the area that are much cheaper and offer the same exact thing. This hotel, nickel and dimes you for everything. I would suggest looking for a hotel in the area that’s a bit cheaper. You will get the same exact experience.

O hotel é maravilhoso em todos os cenários. Uma vista incrível, café da manhã com muitas variedades e excelência no atendimento, com uma omelete deliciosa preparada pela simpática Edna. Localização perfeita, em frente as Cataratas e na entrada do Cliffon Hill.

Loved the place. Breakfast was good. Definitely will come back and stay more nights to appreciate more of the amenities.
