Hotel is right on the strip. You will be a block away from the falls. The rooftop pool is nice. Definitely will book this one again.

Great view!! Great rooftop pool! Breakfast included was great! Would absolutely stay here again. Only issue was parking was a little confusing.

We aren’t big eaters so found the Grand Buffet to be very expensive but then everything was expensive. We upgraded to Fallsview rooms next to each other. The view provided hours of fun for our grandchildren who took it upon themselves to monitor the Maid of the Mist boats. The indoor pool was not that big but only 3and1/2 feet deep which was perfect for the kids. We didn’t go to the rooftop pool.
Arcades galore everywhere and no end of gift options.

We stayed for two nights at the fallsview hotel, but were disappointed at how the hotel missed the house keeping for our room, even upon reminding the front desk a few times throughout the day, as we came back to the room in the afternoon to find out the room was left the same as it was when we left in the morning. When we came back to the hotel after dinner that night, no towels were replaced, no beds were made up, trash bins were all left full, and the worst of all was the shampoo and body wash were all out. We had to request for all the amenities on that night. It was a very disappointing experience at the hotel.

The reception staff were not friendly. I paid for a room with a view of the falls, but they gave me a room without a view. I spoke to the reception staff about the issue, but they were rude and did not resolve the problem.

We came to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Massimo’s was amazing with beautiful views and delicious food. Perfect celebration. However during our stay the fire alarm went off and we were told to stay in place until it was checked out. We were on the 21st floor with no info on what was going on, except for the alarm was pulled on the 11th floor. We were getting ready to check out and we could not go anywhere. This was our first vacation without our child and I was completely freaked out. I am very concerned that when a fire alarm is going off they are encouraging people to stay in their room. We were the second highest floor in the building. Thank goodness it ended up being a false alarm but it took them a long time to get that info to us. Disappointed on how this was handled and I was happy we were leaving.

I found the room hot to sleep, I tired to get it cool in there but the air wasn't really working properly I dont think ,
Also the breakfast buffets are very good . They gave me a coupon, for dinner at the buffet ,it said KIDZ eat free with adult purchase.. I did that .then say ONLY 1 child .. so it turned out having to 54.00 for buffet for 1 adult and 25.00 for the other child .. I found the coupon was really worth it .. cause I didn't eat 55.00 worth of FOOD ..
