We loved our stay (Mom, Dad, 9 year old girl). We were directly behind the waterslide entrance Fri-Sun. **** Hope to try a room on the B side next stay ;) I would recommend utilizing the pool/hottub when they first open. (They have great pool hours), having an atrium patio made it so accessible) Theres a small arcade that was fun, its a tad warm in there The restaurant was good. Theres a robot that brings your food to the table for the wait staff, our daughter loved that. A few downsides, Only 3 jets in the hottub work, it was still relaxing though (12+ only, depending on the lifeguards lol) The pool is very crowded at times and some of the chairs are worn with slight tears so be careful, (sit gently) Having a room so close to the pool was lovely but our swimsuits wouldn't dry, quite humid..luckily we brought 2 each, and we did find the laundry facilities to dry it before packing. (2 washers/2 dryers $4.00 (loonies) each)

Clean comfortable rooms, pool area was clean and a lot of fun for the kids. Lots of restaurants/ shopping around the property

Our room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel ! The kids loved the pool, however there was a ton of people which made it a bit difficult at times but that cant be helped . The slide is alot of fun , but is for older kids not kids under age 6 id say ! All the staff were wonderful and helpful. We also enjoyed the arcade !

A very large hotel, anyone with mobility issues will not enjoy the walk to their room. Breakfast is not included but was provided at the restaurant at an additional cost. Rooms were clean and hotel staff was very nice.

Kali at the hotel restaurant and bar is fantastic.

The hotel pool is open until 10 pm which was excellent.

The staff was very attentive with anything we needed, the pool was beautiful. Already planning next year's trip :)
