It was a great family for families. Ask for a renovated room

Pool area is beautiful

We were sad the slides were closed when we arrived and learned they are only open on the weekends. We also had an incident with a skip the dish driver being in the pool area possibly video taping us and possibly other families too.!! Would recommend having better security measures in place!! Kept me from sleeping much. Other then that the staff were amazing!! We went for my child's birthday and they set the room up. Room service was quick with breakfast(food was amazing and lots of it for a great price!) Our room was patio view over looking the lighthouse! overall a great experience!! One for the books for sure!

We really liked the pool/slide / atrium area. Feels like you’re on a mini vacation. The rooms are a little run down but clean. Would definitely stay here again

The room was spacious and very clean, we had a bathtub and a walk in shower which was awesome. The pool and atrium were beautiful, wish it was a little bigger because it was very crowded. The arcade was cool, prices were on the high side though. 2 things would have made it even better-coffee service in the lobby and included breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Arcade and pool great for a family getaway!

We loved this hotel; it felt like we were in the south (living plants create an atmosphere). The rooms were large and clean, the staff was friendly, and our kids loved it!

What is the point of having a waterslide and advertising a waterslide if you’re only gonna have it open 2 1/2 days a week. Lack of security.

The hotel is very unique, we've never stayed here before. Though we did not use the pool, it looked very nice and lovely with the plants and atrium area. This hotel is obviously very family friendly so it was a little loud with kids yelling and running around. Our door to the hotel room would "jump" every time a neighbor closed there door so it was a little startling. We tried to muffle the impact with the spare blanket. Maybe a weather strip or some device would help with this. Overall, the room was clean and updated. Close to amenities for shopping. Only a 20 minute drive to St Joseph's hospital.

Arcade was too hot and steamy. Pool was nice House keeping came into our room before checkout and without knocking. We had a great time

The best part about this property is the atrium and pool area. We only stayed for one night and my kids were in the pool three different times. Unfortunately, the water slide, which my children were looking forward to, was closed for renovations during our stay. The hotel was also under a lot of renovations including the rental rooms and painting of the railings. The room was updated and clean, but the pillows were not comfortable and I do wish they provided extra/different pillows to choose from. We ate at the restaurant on site which was just okay. After dinner my kids wanted to go to the arcade which was expensive and pretty small, and also very hot. We paid $15 plus tax for 60 credits, but each game took 8 to 10 credits which is very expensive. Overall, we would come back for the pool itself as it not something you'll find at the average hotel. They also had lifeguards on duty which was amazing.

The HVAC in the room was too loud. Impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom floor needs attention. This is a newly renovated room. #272 Front desk staff and restaurant are amazing :)

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean well upkeep of the property and amenities. Great safe place for families.
