It’s awesome hotel! 2 mins walk distance to downtown, 3 mins walking to the lake nearby the hotel which is good for joggings or morning walk. This hotel also have indoor pool, jacuzzi which is we don't need come to another crowded banff hot spring water cause you already have your own at the hotel. It's completely perfect! Don't worried about confused pickup for shuttle bus or tours if you bought from internet before, cause this hotel always become the point of pickup all shuttle or tours. Easy for the 1st time visit Banff!
