近班夫大街，但居住不舒服，地毯不乾淨 。

Wide room, but the sheets are not so clean. House keeping staffs are the best, but the check-in counter staffs are not so friendly.

Wonderful experience.

This hotel is so clean and nice, has a fantastic restaurant, beauty ful hot tubs and the most friendly staff. Also, so close to downtown giving access to all of downtown walking.

The room was spotless, nicely renovated with a very comfortable bed. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Overall great value.

We stayed just after New Year's eve and the restaurant was out of many beverages as a result. We knew before booking that some of the restaurants would be closed, but we expected that what was open should be fully operational, but this did not feel the case. Also, pool seemed to be over-chlorinated. Our whole party was extremely itchy after using the pool even with thoroughly showering before & after pool use. Other families in the pool we chatted with stated the same thing. Also, there is not enough sitting space. While site is under major renos, they should allocate more sitting areas than just the small fireplace in the lobby or sitting on a bench in a hallway. There is space on the second floor to make some makeshift sitting areas, but it seems like everyone is just expected to stay in their rooms during the renos - not ideal.

Always love staying at this place!

Room was spotless, spacious and incredibly comfortable! Lots of construction going on but they didn’t bother us one bit. The pool and hot tub were really clean, they were definitely in a strange area though, directly at the entrance near the front desk. The on site restaurant was delicious. Location of the hotel was the best part. SO convenient and basically a 5 min walk tops to anything you could possible need or want!

Good clean hotel with great rooms. However, considering this hotel offers a pool and the main reason we chose to stay here, I am greatly disappointed that we have to pay extra $5 per bathrobe. This seems ridiculous considering this is a basic hotel item that’s hanging in bedrooms. Also for slippers you have to ask at the front desk, not something provided in the room.

Very clean and properly maintained property. Felt safe and comfortable.

We love this hotel, love the new renovations, the underground parking and the ability to walk to all of our favorite spots and restaurants with ease.

Good overall hotel

Great staff - beyond friendly and helpful - only critique is room was too warm -slept with door open all night. Even with heat turned off - still over 22 C in room.
