Room was spotless, spacious and incredibly comfortable! Lots of construction going on but they didn’t bother us one bit. The pool and hot tub were really clean, they were definitely in a strange area though, directly at the entrance near the front desk. The on site restaurant was delicious. Location of the hotel was the best part. SO convenient and basically a 5 min walk tops to anything you could possible need or want!

Room was renovated nice and new. Aesthetically pleasing. The only thing which put me off was the bedding. The bedding made it weird to sleep but everything else was phenomenal

We stayed just after New Year's eve and the restaurant was out of many beverages as a result. We knew before booking that some of the restaurants would be closed, but we expected that what was open should be fully operational, but this did not feel the case. Also, pool seemed to be over-chlorinated. Our whole party was extremely itchy after using the pool even with thoroughly showering before & after pool use. Other families in the pool we chatted with stated the same thing. Also, there is not enough sitting space. While site is under major renos, they should allocate more sitting areas than just the small fireplace in the lobby or sitting on a bench in a hallway. There is space on the second floor to make some makeshift sitting areas, but it seems like everyone is just expected to stay in their rooms during the renos - not ideal.

Good clean hotel with great rooms. However, considering this hotel offers a pool and the main reason we chose to stay here, I am greatly disappointed that we have to pay extra $5 per bathrobe. This seems ridiculous considering this is a basic hotel item that’s hanging in bedrooms. Also for slippers you have to ask at the front desk, not something provided in the room.

The breakfast buffet was really good. Alot of variety. The rooms were quiet. The pool area was great. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows weren't very comfortable. They were too soft. The room was too hot and we couldn't get the temperature down low enough so we didn't really have a good sleep
