近班夫大街，但居住不舒服，地毯不乾淨 。

I was excited to he back to see if there are any improvements from my last stay here in October. And yes there were improvements in communication with front desk, housekeeping, more smiles and politeness within mist of the staff. Also the construction continues but you can see clear changes and improvements. There is a new water machine on the front and a new washroom that was not there next to the lounge in October and we had to use the one on the second floor (public washroom). Stay was comfortable. Beds lovely and i appreciate the calm view out the back. This time we had 3 reservations here for our 8 night stay.

Beautiful room. The hot tubs and pool are excellent. The food in the restaurant was very good. I will be staying here again.

Nice renovations to the rooms and spa area. I suspect the rest of the hotel will look great. Our room was less than ideal, poor location (room on the mail floor, zero view, very hot - could not cool it down). Guess you get what you pay for. Will try a different hotel next stay.

The location is fabulous walking distance to fabulous restaurants and shopping within a block. The bus for Lake Louise and Moore stopped across the street that the hotel is modern in an excellent condition. The only fault we found was the sauna was not working the whole week we were there. The hot tub in the swimming pool were fun. The staff was great.

The hotel has been recently renovated and very nice. The beds were super comfy! We were hoping to enjoy the pool, but time didn’t allow for it. The pool looks super nice though. All in all it’s a great hotel in an optimal location!

No fan in bathroom.

Checking in was the worst. Given no information on where our room was, didn’t seem to really know what door I’d come in after I parked my car outside..Never told what elevator to take up. There were three…I know because I took all three while pushing a cart of all of our belongings… a housekeeper helped me . just a completely clueless check in person.. must have been new but they need to train their staff better. This is a convention hotel so there is no ambience or warmth. It’s huge, half a city block and on the weekends it is full of kids. Which will be great for some folks, but if you’re not into being in the swimming pool/hot tub with 20 kids it won’t be great for you. Upside is its location., there are ski shuttles right outside the front door of the hotel and there’s also a storage space right by the front door for your skis. We also had a room that had a view of a wall, when asked about that as we were staying three days, we were told that’s the room you booked. Same clueless check in person..This was not an inexpensive room and no, we didn’t book a room looking at a wall and the hotel had vacancies, I believe a well-versed check in person would say let’s see what else we can do. We have vacancies and you’re here for three nights, but didn’t want to take on that buzz kill fight it was an extremely well appointed room and the housekeeping staff is top-tier.

Pool and steam room are very nice.

Hotel is still partially under renovations with main bar and restaurant still closed. But rooms and hallways are great, like brand new.

Room was a bit dusty. Did advance check in but still had to do the whole process there (not sure what the point was?). Restaurant dinner buffet was disgusting. Otherwise, everything was okay! The rooms are nice and modern. Loved the bath!

The only negative to this hotel is the very small gym area. Otherwise it is my go to in downtown Banff.

There were two things that I wanted to mention. One was the shampoo, shower gel and conditioner situation. Most places in the US in order to be Eco friendly have dispensers in the room instead of these small plastic field with shampoo and conditioner. I really suggest the owners to consider that. We are talking about hundreds of these little containers that are wasted every day. Whereas dispensers can be refilled and there's no environmental impact. Second was the Mattress. I am 175 pounds and I would sink in deep into the mattress with no support. I actually slept on the floor the last night. I am sure it's a big investment to change mattresses and some people actually prefer soft beds. It would be nice to have a small foam mattress for someone like me to sleep on the floor as an alternative. Other than that, the location was great, and the rooms were clean and functional. We looked at the buffet and it did not really look like appealing or something I would be interested in, but thankfully there were a lot of good options around nearby.
