Nice location, still under renovation

Great proximity to shuttle bus to the resorts

Construction was an annoyance but I knew it was there before booking

Breakfast buffet—really good. In room dining—so so. Staff—excellent. Pool—meh. Location—pretty good. Hotel condition—totally above average.

Close to the Main Street. Easy walking distance to everything. Nicely renovated room at a decent price.

Amazing stay- we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again when we're in the area

Wish I would have booked elsewhere. The hotel is being renovated, and there is road construction in front of and around the hotel. You can barely access the parking garage, the street in front is closed, and we paid extra for a mountain view and got a view of a construction pit with mountains in the background. The very loud construction noise started at 8 AM every day. The pool was wild each night (do not go there if you are looking for a relaxing time). On top of being really crowded, there was a woman in the pool kicking children out if she didn’t like their behaviors. She claimed to work there and was chatting with a worker at one point, but we found out later she was a guest. While the rowdiness was certainly a lot and it was overcrowded, this woman went rogue and was picking and choosing kids to force out of the pool, even with their parents there—and the staff allowed it. Overall, the stay was stressful and the opposite of a relaxing getaway.

They were still renovating but very clean and was not inconvenienced at all from their reno. Rooms are very nice and clean. Great location.

Excellent location, staff and amenities. Sauna a must. Has laundry services and delicious restaurants and bar. Highly Recommend, A++

Free shuttle to Sunshine Village, we would rent from hotel shop next time rather than on mountain to save line up time to Gondola but was unaware of the shop at hotel.

Overall good experience at the Banff Park Lodge! The downside of pre-registration for the check in was that we arrived early and even when the room was available we were waiting for the text, wish we received a text to say the room is ready, you can check in now. Had to sit at Tim Hortons for at least an hour and half. Overall staff was nice, renovation happening at the hotel so can’t so much! The room was nice, best part the steam room and pools!

Newly refurbished room, clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, a lot of variety and very good. Ski bus stopped outside the hotel, very handy! We always stay at the BPL if we can!

We had such an amazing experience at this hotel. It was spotless and perfectly located—super easy to get around Banff from here.
