近班夫大街，但居住不舒服，地毯不乾淨 。

Wide room, but the sheets are not so clean. House keeping staffs are the best, but the check-in counter staffs are not so friendly.

Room was renovated nice and new. Aesthetically pleasing. The only thing which put me off was the bedding. The bedding made it weird to sleep but everything else was phenomenal

Great service and location, nice rooms too

We had a lovely stay here while attending a wedding reception across the street. It was very convenient to walk around Banff from the hotel. We appreciated the recently renovated suite and the pool area. Excellent place to stay! It really stood out from other places we have stayed in Banff and we will definitely be back.

Lovely stay at the Banff Park Lodge. The rooms are clean, well-appointed and spacious. The bathrooms have heated floors and wide walk-in showers, amazing after a day of skiing or hiking. There is a shuttle to the ski mountain directly across the street and many bars, shops and restaurants are within a very short walk, as well as the bow river trail and Central Park. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Would not recommend this hotel. There was renovations going on in the lobby/hall and no mention of it on Expedia or on their website. The TV channels did not work during the duration of our five day stay. Vending machines on site did not work and we were told that they haven’t worked for a while and there are no plans to fix them. The hotel pool had no towels two nights in a row. Beds aren’t comfortable at all.

Newly renovated, very clean and bed extremely comfortable. Reasonably priced.

Starting with a comfortable and partially renovated room where space is generous and bathroom space isn’t. Tile junctions are dirty and door is rotten which simply denotes the poor quality of the ongoing renovation. Lobby was a mess. Dirty and crowded. Skiing buses arrive at once overtaking every inch with hotel staff underperforming and overwhelmed. Breakfast is the star of the show with large selection of meals and freshness is appreciated. Underground garage is massive but, alas, very dirty and neglected and, yes, overpriced. Banff has changed. For the worst. Crowds are unruly and businesses greedy. This large hotel, once a reference, isn’t the exception. Some say that if idiots could fly, Banff would be an airport.
