It was a good location to access the town centre

Banff Park Lodge is in a great location. The staff was very helpful and was able to help with all our family needs. The restaurants were result great too. I highly recommend this lodge.

Very nice hotel stay with my two sons for a short ski vacation. The Bank Park Lodge is good for families. It is really well situated and the upgraded rooms are really nice. the staff was super friendly and helpful about getting around. I have stayed here before. Its great value and a nice well located hotel for staying in the town of Banff.

My wife and I had an excellent experience during our stay here!

The air con is not working ,it’s way colder In the hallway than in my room

The hotel was undergoing renovations so there were workers and equipment in the hallways.

We had a very nice stay even though they were doing construction. They just need to put lotion in the room.

Inconvenient renovations, unreliable elevator and lack of information on Easter Breakfast made this a marginal visit to our favorite Lodge.

We booked Banff Park Lodge but were moved to Peak Hotel and Suites over the road. We booked an accessible which only had one proper bed and one sofa bed. The noise on the alley side of this accommodation was dreadful. There were deliveries to the next door pub at 3am with barrels being dropped onto the floor off a lorry every day and then more deliveries at 4am, 6am and 7:45 so don’t expect much sleep. The smell of smoke from the smoke ovens in the restaurant next door when you opened the window was dreadful from 6am till midnight. Plus it’s where people congregated to smoke outside the hotel. I was disappointed to find when we were checking out that three of the four accessible rooms at the hotel that we had booked at the hotel were being used for other guests despite us booking seven months in advance. The pool area was noisy with screeching children so sitting in the hot tub trying to relax was out of the question. I have stayed in several other hotels in Banff which gave us a better experience. Would not recommend unless noise is not an issue for you through the night.

Employees were helpful and gives clear directions.

We had a lovely stay in a newly renovated room at the lodge. The updated rooms are super chic and comfortable, the only complaint I have is that the new doors seem to have over an inch gap from the floor so at night we could hear everyone in the hallway and this woke me and my family up a few times, especially early in the morning as guests were talking in the hallway as they left. Other than the sound issue we had a lovely stay. The staff were awesome and we got complimentary parking underground. Would definitely stay again.

Great property. Staff were very helpful. Italian restaurant was awesome and the server, can't remember his name, was even better.

Rooms and pool were clean. Loved the pool. Just the smell of renovations but overall everything was great.

We had an awesome time at this hotel, very clean and has been upgraded making it a delight with all the new decor in place! We come to this hotel as it’s our favourite maybe 2 to 3 times in the year! Close to shops and restaurants!
