We were offered an upgrade to the parlour suite and really loved it. The pull out sofabed was actually bigger than usual for our two kids to sleep on. The bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel was being renovated during our stay so the noise and view were a little off putting but we didn't spend too much time at the hotel so it didn’t affect us too much. Would love to go back see the hotel post renovation.

We loved staying here! They upgraded our room and provided a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary. They also provided us parking before check in. Staff was excellent, room was very clean, and great amenities available. The rooms are newly renovated and currently working on their public areas. The construction didn't affect our stay at all. Would highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. We were forewarned about ongoing construction updates on the property but found there is also construction happening on the street and right next to the property as well. The room does heat up too much at night and we were unable to control the temperature setting. Other than that, the hotel is located in a very convenient area. Walkable to all area restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly. We would consider staying here again after the construction is complete.

Clean and tidy hotel with nice size room close to the centre of town and within walking distance of many attractions.

デラックスルームのジェットバス付に５泊しました。
バスタブがベッドのすぐ脇にあったので１度は使ってみましたが、日本人には使い勝手の悪い配置でした。
この部屋はコネクティングルームにも利用できるためか、壁が薄くて隣室の子どもの騒ぎ声が気になりました。
ホテルの１階部分が工事中でフロントは仮設のものでした。秋まで工事は続きます。
ホテルのアメニティは豊富ではありません。室内用のスリッパや歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、スプーン、箸などは持参した方がいいです。
部屋にコーヒーメーカーや電子レンジなどの器具は揃っています。ロビーでのカップコーヒーや紅茶のサービスも嬉しかったです。
部屋の清掃は十分行き届いています。タオル交換も満足できます。
レストランの朝食ブッフェは２７caドル＋チップです。毎日行くほどのレベルではありません。近隣のレストランでブランチをするか、スーパーマーケットでサンドイッチを購入してくれば安上がりです。
フロントのコンシェルジュサービスは手際よくゴンドラチケットなどの予約までしてくれます。ただし、手数料が１０％程度かかります。
バンフの中心街や川沿いの公園まで徒歩数分以内ですので、立地はとても良かったと思います。スタッフの多くはフレンドリーでした。

Absolute zero on hygiene. Found hairs in the bath tub. Provided a room where you could hardly get in the toilet. Zero chance if you were in a wheelchair or even slightly disabled. Find another hotel. Management could not care less.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Banff Park Lodge despite the current hotel renovations. The front desk staff were kind and helpful and responsive to our requests. We received lovely treatment for our anniversary and our daughter’s birthday as well. The room was clean and the balcony was nice. The pool, hot tub and steam room were wonderful. We also appreciated how close the hotel was to the town, restaurants and shops. We will definitely come back and stay again! Thank you so much!!
