Was probably a lovely hotel in the past. Tired decor, low quality ingredients at breakfast.

Breakfast was super, staff friendly and welcoming if your planning to use this hotel its perfect for relaxation & location.

on arrival we were supported to find good price parking They upgraded our room due to us having a dog, making easy access to garden. Yes our room was tired decor but clean and spacious. Breakfast was good value and we had no issues with juice. We used the spa facilities - quiet and clean I felt good value compared to recently used public swimming pool at higher price. My only issue was when I asked for clean mugs, was told by reception I had to wash them. Overall good value stay and central to everything in Bournemouth

More pillows, a bible in the room, bigger bath tubs, bottles of water. Fantastic otherwise.

It was a decent stay

Nice and quiet place. Friendly for little ones. Close to the beach. Definitely we'll be back there.

Room was nice, got an upgrade to a nicer room upon check in which was great. Could do with more staff on breakfast times but the one chap that was on was really helpful and lovely to speak to.

Booked online paid when we arrived, checkin 3pm we were upgraded . Room was clean large queenie bed only 1 pillow could see another one in the wardrobe to use only noticed when we came back in the evening. Bar was cosy staff very friendly, area for you to see outside was nice and enjoyable the early evening sun

Poor staff, communication etc was outrageous bad, check in was poor communication

Unfortunately this beautiful hotel is going into disrepair and needs renovations. Breakfast was average. Above all, they need to pay for cleaning as almost every corridor needs cleaning. Room was small but sadly not clean! I rather not to look at the radiator as it was full of cog-webs, spots, .. I love the location and the communal areas and live music. I always come back only for the good atmosphere.

Bed and bathroom clean but many areas in the room quite dusty. Radiator didn’t work in bathroom. Room very hot on a warm day freezing on a windy day. Floors throughout the building creaked unbelievably. Breakfast very basic not many dietary options.

The only thing I think you might need to advertise is that the spa you have to pay for a day.Pass extra on top of you.Stay in there.Which I think is a bit wrong?If you're staying there, you should be able to use a spa freely i know it's not a lot a day, but it's not the point. If you pay that money to stay in a hotel, you should get the perks of the hotel.Apart from that, the hotel is lovely, great central tech.Everything
