Nice location with easy access to attractive places

It's worth to stay. The harbour darling view is excellent

The check-in process was very, very long. The room was so small and had bad quality. Service was also substandard. Some of the staff are helpful but some others are not. And the price was extremely excessive for what we eventually got.

Hotel photos are outdated. I had a sea view room and the photos show the Ferris wheel. But the Ferris wheel had been gone for sometime. Carpet in the room was frayed at the edges and cracks throughout the room walls. Towels also weren't clean and had to ask for new towels straight away.

Close to city center, and harbor, though the room is standard.

Kami tiba di hotel dalam keadaan lapar, karena terbang pagi-pagi jam 06,05 dari auckland menuju sy dini, pakai maskapai budget lagi, tidak dapat sarapan, Untungnya begitu melangkah keluar sudah pertokoan dengan berbagai makanan yang diawarkan. Mulai fast food sampai masakan melayu lengkap disajikan, sore-sore kami bila lurus jalan ke citi dan bisa mencoba cruise tepat dari samping hotel, Lokasi yang strategis.

Like the neighborhood, near mall with good stores and there is Hard rock cafe in it. Breakfast menu was ok, resto terrace was very nice and cozy. Value for money indeed.

Lokasi dekat kemana-mana, tinggal jalan kaki saja. Setiap weekend ada fireworks terlihat jelas dari balkon hotel, highly recommended.

Great location, compact clean room, I have great view of the harbour so no complain. Specifically, I would like to address my complementary to the bed, soft and nice for my recovery after the long walk around the harbour. For you who wanted to attend event or activities around Harbour and ICC this is very recommended.

Lokasi bagus, dekat ke Chinatown dan tempat wisatanya juga bagus.

Bagus banget dan kebetulan itu pas malam tahun baru jadi waktu mereka melepaskan kembang api wow it was exelent, so puas banget deh tidak rugi walau waktu beli sudah mahal sekali.
