酒店的位置超級方便，就在我們遊客活動的範圍內的中心，步行基本上去到很多重要的地方。酒店職員也挺友善。

優點 ：地點優越，位處市中心，附近有大量店鋪及餐廳。房間寬敞。住宿期間，風筒發生故障，向酒店報告後，幾分鐘內就有職員來處理。 缺點 ：被編派面向天井的房間， 所以完全冇景觀，房間亦暗。 訂加床房，但第一天入住時，到房間發現未有加床，同前台職員反映後，酒店安排加床， 但是被鋪並沒有被褥。 沐浴間是半開放式設計，所以沖涼時水會濺到企缸外，不但弄濕地板，因為企缸旁設有電制，十分危險。

The air conditioner broke down, and it was hot during the night we stayed. We had to call the hotel staff at 12 midnight to fix it. But the condition was not improved.

Not even a 1 star hotel service, super bad front desk service, i had stayed in 6 hotels during my Europe trip, every hotel services are good except this, never back again anymore.

Ground floor is under renovations, some noise in day time. Sound proof in room is not very good, i can hear toilet flashing or running water of other guest room.

酒店整體都滿意，行去景點都很近，附近的百貨公司的超市很多東西買。唯一缺點是開車去酒店，由於很多單程路，導航不斷帶錯路，如果不是自己開車去就沒問題。

Its a very modern hotel in a good place to walk, eat and shopping and the staf of the hotel are very kind, the room was confortable. I stay there again.

Todo excelente, el equipo muy servicial. La primera noche tuve problemas con mi aire acondicionado pero luego me movieron de habitación y fue perfecto. Mi esposa cumplía años y le dieron una sorpresa. Fueron super atentos. GRACIAS

Siempre que nos Hospedamos en Madrid elegimos este hotel, por su buen Servicio y Ubicacion, pero sobre Todo por la Amabilidad de su Personal, el desayuno lo han Mejorado Significativamente lo único es que la variedad de Frutas no es Constante y no Ofrecen como los Hoteles de este Nivel Yougurt Griego o Kefir como opciones más Saludables, otro detalle que Podrían Mejorar es que los Cupones de la Bebida de Cortesia qué Ofrecen están Limitados por Horario tienen que usarse en la Cafetería y Durante la Mañana, lo que no es muy Agradable y la Tapa que Ofrecen es muy pobre nada Realmente Español, mejor que no la Ofrecieran. Un Detalle muy agradable fue que por mi Cumpleaños enviaron a mi Habitacion una Botella de Champain lo cual se Agradece, en este hotel me siento como en casa Continúen Mejorando

The location was ideal; we were able to walk everywhere and/or catch the metro. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were pleasant.

My family and I stayed at Hotel Libaney for a week, and overall we had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. HOWEVER, I did encounter an issue with the billing. When I made the reservation, it clearly stated that breakfast was included. Unfortunately, at the end of our stay, I was charged $370 for breakfast for the week. Had I known about this additional cost in advance, I would have chosen to eat elsewhere. If you are planning to stay here, I strongly recommend confirming—and reconfirming—that breakfast is truly included in your reservation to avoid unexpected charges.

Todo muy bien. La habitación, la comida, en general el servicio, excepto en la recepción del hotel. Me tocó una recepcionista que ni siquiera me vio a los ojos, nada amable, no me dio las instrucciones sobre cómo llegar al piso 7 (que es otro elevador), quedando atrapada en las escaleras de servicio. No fue para ofrecer una disculpa ni nada. El valet fue el que la salvó de la situación. Ojalá elijan y capaciten mejor a su personal que da la primera impresión del hotel.

Tiene una ubicación inmejorable, el cuarto está muy confortable con un diseño muy práctico y el desayuno vale mucho la pena e inicia temprano lo que es una opción muy conveniente para aprovechar el día.

Very nice hotel located within walking distance of all major sites in Madrid. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

Great hotel right next to Puerta del Sol and the major shopping district in downtown Madrid. Rooms are nice and newly renovated. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms don't have hot water/coffee makers. On our departure day, when the Gran Via and lot of other streets very closed due to a Marathon race, the concierge (who had reserved a taxi for us for the airport) sent the bellboy with us to walk our rolling luggage 1 km away to get to an open street to catch the taxi 👍The restaurant on site has great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

O quarto que ficamos é muito grande, cama king size, chuveiro excelente, guarda roupa grande, tv excelente. Café da manhã excelente, a localização é no coração de Madrid, maravilhosa. Os quartos 27 a 32 salvo engano, fiquei no 28. Ficam na lateral do hotel, muito próximo à rua e ouve-se barulho durante a madrugada e de manhãzinha. Acredito que seja só pela localização do quarto o anti ruído abafa um pouco mas o barulho existe então quem tem sono leve atrapalha muito. Me hospedaria novamente mas solicitaria quartos em andares mais altos .
