A equipe do hotel Liabeny é extremamente educada e preparada, para ajudar os hospedes.
O quarto é confortável, espaçoso e limpo e fez toral diferença nosso conforto em uma viagem com uma criança de 3 anos.
O café da manhã é farto e variado, com comidas frescas e de qualidade, para agradar a todos os gostos.
A localização é excelente, facilitando o deslocamento pela cidade e muitas opções de restaurantes por perto

Ficar nesse hotel foi uma agradável estadia. Atendimento exemplar, recomendo com muito gosto para todos que vierem para cá e quando eu voltar a Madri, provavelmente voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel. O pessoal da recepção é muito atencioso, o café manhã é muito bom, com variações de pães, queijos, frutas, e, para quem quer eletrônico, tem uma Média Market na esquina, um ótimo restaurante na outra esquina, com bons preços. A localização é perfeita. Nos fundos do hotel tem uma Zara, bem perto tem uma Primark , uma El Corte Ingles A Porta do Sol fica a poucos passos e a Gran Via fica a poucos metros caminhado. A decoração do hotel é bem bonita, os quartos são ótimos, camas macias e lençóis também. O chuveiro é grande e forte. Realmente só tenho coisas boas para falar desse hotel. Recomendo!

優點 ：地點優越，位處市中心，附近有大量店鋪及餐廳。房間寬敞。住宿期間，風筒發生故障，向酒店報告後，幾分鐘內就有職員來處理。
缺點 ：被編派面向天井的房間， 所以完全冇景觀，房間亦暗。
訂加床房，但第一天入住時，到房間發現未有加床，同前台職員反映後，酒店安排加床， 但是被鋪並沒有被褥。
沐浴間是半開放式設計，所以沖涼時水會濺到企缸外，不但弄濕地板，因為企缸旁設有電制，十分危險。

酒店整體都滿意，行去景點都很近，附近的百貨公司的超市很多東西買。唯一缺點是開車去酒店，由於很多單程路，導航不斷帶錯路，如果不是自己開車去就沒問題。
