这家酒店干净舒适，而且离南十字星车站很近。对于一家位于繁华地段的酒店来说，价格相当实惠。员工热情友好，如果房间有空房，还可以帮忙申请提前入住。我因为有急事不得不提前退房，所以没时间享用早餐。这家酒店真的很棒，强烈推荐给计划来墨尔本旅行的印尼游客。

街对面就是一家Coles超市。房间很小，光线也很昏暗，不太明亮。

The staffs generally are friendly although when i check in without bringing a credit card, the staffs handling seem to be surprised. Wifi while available is not stable and slow. Room condition is generally good but we have a problem of adjusting the aircon temperature. Netflix and youtube are available on the TV but seems that there are interferences with australian channels so we did not manage to catch any show as it is too distracting. The location is great as it is close to tram stops and train station.

5 mins walk to Sky Bus. Fast check-in, I got an early checked-in. Spacious room, ok for parents with 2 kids. Near from Tram. Near from restaurants. Occupied with swimming pool

Centrally located hotel very near to 2 tram stations. I was upgraded to a room with a double and single bed at check in. Price is cheap for a Hotel in Spencer Street. Room is clean with daily change of towels. Hotel Breakfast is basic but the Cappuccino and Latte provided during breakfast is good.

Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini nyaman, bersih, depannya ada free tram dan pada saat ada kejadian kamar kami tidak bisa dibuka, mereka berusaha semaksimal mungkin tanpa berlama-lama. Saya kalau kembali ke Melbourne pasti menginap di sini mengingat lokasi & harganya bagus. Ini hanya cerita sedikit pengalaman saya: Pada saat saya check in, pihak hotel meminta jaminan kartu kredit, mereka bilang hanya mencatat, dengan berpikir positif saya memberikan kartu kredit saya kepada mereka untuk dicatat, setelah itu dikembalikan lagi kepada saya. Saya check in tanggal 12-15 Juni 2024 dan menginap di Sydney tanggal 15-20 Juni 2024, di Sydney saya juga menggunakan kartu kredit yang sama. Setelah itu kembali ke Indonesia tanggal 20 Juni 2024, sesampai di Indonesia tanggal 21 Juni 2024 jam 00.25 waktu Indonesia, kartu kredit saya ada yang menyalahgunakan dengan berbagai transaksi. Saya tidak menyalahkan pihak hotel atau siapa pun, mungkin ini hanya ketidakwaspadaan saya saja. Di sini saya hanya mengingatkan jika pihak hotel mana pun meminta jaminan kartu kredit yang kata mereka hanya dicatat, kita berhak menolak memberikannya, lebih baik kita sebutkan saja nomornya. Untuk hotel di Sydney pun sudah saya beritahu & meminta tolong mereka untuk membantu menelusuri kasus ini karena secara tidak langsung ini menyangkut keamanan data pribadi tamu.

Good location, near supermarket and train station plus airport bus. Good service, very quick and helpful. Great room, large with all amenities available. Well done.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ và giường ngủ rất thoải mái. Có đủ tiện nghi như ấm đun nước để pha cà phê, máy sấy tóc và cả bàn ủi sẵn trong phòng. Việc check in và check out rất nhanh chóng. Phòng rộng rãi thoải mái. Tuy chỗ vòi tắm không có vách ngăn cách hoàn toàn với khu vực bồn nước bên ngoài nên hay bị văng nước ra khi tắm, nhưng cũng là 1 điểm có thể bỏ qua được. Nhìn chung tôi cảm thấy hài lòng với việc nghỉ ngơi ở đây.

A very pleasant short stay that was highlighted by friendly and aware staff who attended our needs. Very comfortable room with good amenities.

Room quite old but its OK la for stay there couple nights, as others say, location is good because near tram station, need to walk again if wanna go to the middle of the crowd.

Location was good. Only 500 m from southern cross station. Room decent. Unfortunately the cleaners didn't do their job of cleaning the room daily. Apart from that it was value for money.
