之前住在這裏但隔開二天往朋友家再回來住也不肯保存行李，祇可以即日取走！不肯幫忙！早餐也很簡陋，除了有咖啡茶就祇有炒蛋，茄汁豆和麵包！什麼也沒有了！

酒店優點：地理位置很好，很近CBD，步行距離可以，坐電車也是在free zone內。附近很多吃的，也有超市！而且設施有健身室、泳池可以使用！ 缺點：建議可增設一個公用空間讓住宿者可以補充一食用水，或坐下用餐等，這樣會更加人性化。

Very good location close to Southern Cross station and supermarket. Very clean. Amenities are Australian standard (basic level but enough for use). The room is comfy, equipped with a fridge. Breakfast really does not worth going!!! I am on discount but still don't find it worthy. only basic cereals, toasts, egg, beans, milk, coffee machine. For AUD 15 (regular price) and with staff serving the food, they should make more variety of food and make it a better part of the hotel service....

Room was clean and tidy. Like a 4-star hotel. Decent facilities. Excellent staff. Room was big and spacious.

The location is convenient for visitors. However, the receptionists are really lack of enthusiasm when checking in. The 15 dollar breakfast has nothing to show for. The selections are so limited (hot food only scrambled eggs and baked bean that day I came in) and even the two waitresses that day ate their own food (more tempting food) on the table they sat when nobody was coming in. Since there were a few stains on the bed sheet, I am pretty sure that the bed sheet had not been changed for the 6 nights I stayed!!

交通購物方便，安全。 洒店沒有抽屜放東西；洗手間只有門後一個掛鉤，實在非常非常不方便，洗澡時，浴室連掛一件衣服一條毛巾的位置都沒有，要放在廁所沖厠水箱上面才可以😵‍💫😢

The bed was awful, very uncomfortably. It’s basically a roll away bed pushed up against a headboard. No top sheet on the bed, only a fitted sheet and duvet. The towels are old and feel rough. No wash cloths were provided. When we requested for two to be brought to our room was told they have none available. Room was not made up one day. Lighting is terrible. No bedside light/lamp. The light switch beside the bed turned on the bright overhead pot lights. No USB charging outlet and no electrical converter for international guests. No blackout curtains, instead room has roller blinds. The flooring is lumpy, the carpet is black, it didn’t feel clean. Lastly, we didn’t have the continental breakfast but we took a look. It’s very basic, not worth the price.

サザンクロス駅からの道のりはわかりやすく、治安も良さそうでした。部屋は毎日きれいにしてくださいます。朝食は利用しておらず、わかりませんが、近くにカフェがありました。また利用したいホテルです。

24 hour reception to check in and out, great location near Southern Cross station and clean room with all amenities. Modern hotel close to everything.
