Excellent hotel close to airport shuttle , train station and fee trams Room was large, very clean and had all the amenities needed. Pool was a bonus Staff were amazing and breakfast adequate and very cost effective Restraints and bars nearby

We normally love staying at the Atlantis but found our room noisy for sleeping this time. It seemed like noise from the lifts or external motors were being transferred into our room. Other times we’ve stayed there it has never been a problem.

Very close to Spencer street station with the buses and trains. Within walking distance to tram stops. Easy to get in and out of. Would stay again. Room amenities are very scarce. But my room 1622 was very spacious.

Cleanliness was severely lacking. The bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for some time. The bathroom counter was filthy and had sticky residue, the floor hadn’t been mopped and around the toilet was disgusting. We bought our own cleaning products to clean surfaces so we could out our belongings on them.

Room/Bed: there was a double bed doona in a queen size doona cover on a queen bed so that it meant that neither me or my husband were covered completely by the doona, that was very disappointing especially when you charge what you do for the room. I expect if it’s a queen bed it has a queen size doona in a queen size doona cover. And I was disappointed to not see a sheet on the bed before the doona was placed on it.. Pillows were of average standard. I believe your standards need to improve drastically… We stay at your hotel for the convenience so I expect that what I pay for in a room is what I get…

This was a wonderful hotel, which was about a 10 minute walk from the Southern Cross train station. It is a very modern high-rise and Ari and the staff were quite helpful. I had a parcel delivered there by mail to meet me and they had it ready for me upon my arrival. Great location in Melbourne and walkable to most of the areas in town, but there are also many free trams to get you where you need in the city.
