市中心交通方便，四人房空間舒適，但無法開窗

客房整體很乾淨。

之前住在這裏但隔開二天往朋友家再回來住也不肯保存行李，祇可以即日取走！不肯幫忙！早餐也很簡陋，除了有咖啡茶就祇有炒蛋，茄汁豆和麵包！什麼也沒有了！

酒店優點：地理位置很好，很近CBD，步行距離可以，坐電車也是在free zone內。附近很多吃的，也有超市！而且設施有健身室、泳池可以使用！ 缺點：建議可增設一個公用空間讓住宿者可以補充一食用水，或坐下用餐等，這樣會更加人性化。

Very good location close to Southern Cross station and supermarket. Very clean. Amenities are Australian standard (basic level but enough for use). The room is comfy, equipped with a fridge. Breakfast really does not worth going!!! I am on discount but still don't find it worthy. only basic cereals, toasts, egg, beans, milk, coffee machine. For AUD 15 (regular price) and with staff serving the food, they should make more variety of food and make it a better part of the hotel service....

Room was clean and tidy. Like a 4-star hotel. Decent facilities. Excellent staff. Room was big and spacious.

The location is convenient for visitors. However, the receptionists are really lack of enthusiasm when checking in. The 15 dollar breakfast has nothing to show for. The selections are so limited (hot food only scrambled eggs and baked bean that day I came in) and even the two waitresses that day ate their own food (more tempting food) on the table they sat when nobody was coming in. Since there were a few stains on the bed sheet, I am pretty sure that the bed sheet had not been changed for the 6 nights I stayed!!

Everything is fine, if the hygiene could be cleaner, that would be even better.

I always stay at the Atlantis, staff are sensational, great rooms and close to all activities in Melbourne.

Staff are absolutely amazing! witch can sadly be a bit rare nowadays. Hilight of my stay. You guys rock. Keep doing what you're doing! Will be back 😁.

Great location for what I wanted. Basic amenities but room, bed, shower were all perfectly good.

Unfortunately, the people in the room next door to me were very loud until 1am. I eventually had to knock on their door to ask them to stop. They did, which was good. Thankfully, when I rang reception the next morning they gave me a later checkout of 11am, which I appreciate appreciated. There were no face washers in my room. No body wash for the shower. The shower pressure was really awful. Also, it went hot and cold during my shower. The clock radio was 15 minutes slow. The bed was wonderfully comfortable though, one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The Hotel receptionist was really lovely, and my check-in experience was great.
