I have booked 9Hotel Central, Brussels and I have paid. By mistake, the hotel staff charged me again on my credit card. They said that it has been taken care of, and the mistaken charge has been refunded. When I asked to get the copy of the proof that the mistake has been taken care of, the staff refused to give it and said it will be emailed to me. Unfortunately, up to now I haven't received it.
