Nice staff, but do not choice single room, at least choice double room

Great location. If I came next time, I will definitely stay here again. Everything is perfect. Nothing to complain.

The hotel has great location, and all the staff were very friendly which is definitely another plus. The sink in the bathroom got blocked, and the staff offered a very nice and spacious room at the loft for me. Wifi signal strength was very good, yet the speed fluctuated a lot. The internet access froze from time to time.

The hotel location is great, which is 5-7mins walk from the central station. 10mins walking distance to all sites in the city. Hotel has nice inner design and you’d love it when you walk in the hotel, a place where you may want to stay leisurely and lazily in the hotel more than visiting the site. It was a pleasant surprise when you entre the room, with the comfort space you need for travelers for everything. Nice and clean, simple but with a good taste in terms of inner design. Excellent!

位置在中央車站的上方，需要走一些爬坡才會抵達飯店。不過相對於廣場附近的飯店，我想這間飯店比較安靜。飯店旁邊就是地鐵出口，如果有搭地鐵的話蠻方便的。視野非常好，我很喜歡這間房間。

O hotel tem uma boa localização: a poucos passos de uma das saídas da estação Central, e a uma distância curta do centro turístico. O atendimento é cordial. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. O banho é bom (mas não é box, é banheira) e há um kit bom de amenidades e um bom secador de cabelo. No quarto há cafeteira e jarra elétrica, café e chá. Itens do frigobar pagos a parte. O café é bom, nada demais mas não falta o básico, mas senta-se em mesas compartilhadas e o espaço fica muito cheio em alguns momentos. Senti falta de frutas picadas, pois só havia frutas com casca e a faca não era adequada para descascar.

Ontvangst uiterst vriendelijk. Nette kamer, erg proper. In de reviews wordt er over veel geluid van buiten, wij ervaarden totale rust. Heerlijke douche. Ontbijt producten waren goed. Het was wel wat chaotisch, dat zal echter aan het overvolle hotel hebben gelegen door het licht festival. De ligging is op een zeer strategische plek midden in Brussel Centraal. We will come back!

Tv needs an upgrade

God beliggenhed og høj kvalitet. Det eneste lidt negative er, at morgenmad kl. 7 er lidt sent for mig - og at den varme buffet ikke var klar.

I reserved my room with a Revolut so it took the room night amount. On my arrival they wanted the rate again making the cost double what I had paid. They said the initial amount with be credited back to my account on checkout. Not acceptable at all. Then I had to pay an additional 50 euro deposit on top of that. Mirror in bathroom was cracked and broken. Some of the furniture was shabby as was the carpet. I will never stay here again or recommend it. The only thing good was the breakfast and even at that the staff were rude. Pity I really wanted to like it and have somewhere I could stay each time I come back. Maybe have some respect for your customers.
