Our suite was beautiful. The breakfast was just your basic continental breakfast, but it was still nice to have it included. We didn't have a balcony, unfortunately, and the traffic and pedestrian noise from Whyte Avenue was pretty bad, so that impacted our sleep quite a bit. If they could get better insulated windows, I would have given them 5 stars.

The parking lot is about five minutes away on foot, but they do offer valet parking to those who prefer not to walk. The breakfast has to be one of the better ones in Edmonton when factoring in the room rate.

The valet parking is amazing thank you for the incredible service. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice and delicious Room needs help bathroom tub was discolored and vanity needs replacement

Convenient location

First of all the hotel was great. The food was also good but the parking was unbelievable for the price and I would never go back there known I have to pay that much for to park a vehicle.

I liked that it was downtown, room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was wonderful! Will definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay, room was big, clean and very quiet. Breakfast was really good and the treat in our car on pick up was a nice surprise. Staff is so helpful, answered all our questions. Can’t wait to stay again.

Property is okay a little old. Parking is far. They have valet parking which is nice but not very convenient . Breakfast is good. Staff nice and helpful

I had an amazing room and the hotel was lovely and well located.

Got there and fireplace was stuck on and as hot as a sauna in there. Air conditioner did not work after we were able to shut down fireplace. They brought up a fan but room was so hot couldn't sleep even with fan. Stayed here a few times before and it was awesome.
