The location was perfect and easily accessible to services. The room was comfortable, and the hotel staff and service were superb!

It is fully functioning and serving as a hotel. Easy access to the city and train station. Budget friendly. Please bring a credit card for bond money. We experienced a bit of a hustle because of it, although the staff did help to sort it out for us. The hotel is not fancy, but it works.

The staff are nice, the room is clean and tidy. The location is right in the city, so it's a good place to stay.

It was my second time staying at this lovely hotel. All experiences were great. The room and its bathroom were clean, tidy, and spacious. The bed and towels were excellent, clean, and soft. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is at Perth City centre, closed to everywhere. There are a lot of restaurants, groceries, and chemists.

Pressure pressure is very slow in the shower.

Very strategic location, close to the swan river, elizabeth square, yagan center, shopping, and halal food

Hotel was old and poorly maintained. Wall was super thin, you could easily hear the tiniest sound from people next door. Reception and staffs were very friendly though.

The hotel and its services, especially the receptionist hospitality, were excellent. The room condition was clean and tidy. The hotel location is in the middle of Perth city centre, very close to some restaurants, shopping centres, mini markets/convenient stores/groceries. It's just five/seven minute walk to Elizabeth Quay/Bell Tower/Perth Underground/Station.

Incredible. The room is spacious, facilities in the room are all working well. The staff is very helpful. What I love the most is the location is just a stone away from the free bus stop (red CAT). Even the train station is still distance walking, only 2 blocks from the hotel.

Didn't say before I booked that I was to pay $100 deposit at property until after I had paid and didn't have the $100 so the people at property wouldn't refund me or let me stay

Great location! Centrally located in CBD Area. There's a good Malaysian Restaurant with decent foods in reasonable price. It is adjacent to many restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream bars, and shopping centre. Took A380 bus from airport which served directly to the city centre and it is only 5 mins walking distance from the bus stop. It is an old hotel and the front interior is not as good as the picture. The furniture are old and need to refurbish. TV signals are not good unless you watch it not close to the TV. Amenities are ok except dental kits. Beds are okay. For 70 bucks in city centre, it is a good deal. Hassle free check-in and it is tranquil even thought it is centrally located in CBD Area. Note. Hotel receptionist charged AUD 100 for deposit fee.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's near to everything. There is halal restaurant behind the hotel. They always change to new towel every day on weekdays. Easier to shopping because souvenir and gift shop just a few meters from the hotel and I just need to walk a few minutes to see a night view at Elizabeth Quay. I am very satisfied with everything. Recommend this hotel for everyone.
