The location was perfect and easily accessible to services. The room was comfortable, and the hotel staff and service were superb!

It was my second time staying at this lovely hotel. All experiences were great. The room and its bathroom were clean, tidy, and spacious. The bed and towels were excellent, clean, and soft. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is at Perth City centre, closed to everywhere. There are a lot of restaurants, groceries, and chemists.

Location is right in the Perth CBD, with easy access to restaurants and shopping malls. Red CAT bus stop is just across the street. But the hotel is very old.

Bathroom exhaust fan did not work because it was clogged up with dust floor mats very stained has tape holding sprinkler system and light has no toaster or microwave and no parking on premises the parking is so expensive it costs around $48 per day also beds very uncomfortable with stained blanket one chair for two people and balcony very dirty

Hard to get more central than this, a stones throw away from everything in the city. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, it's not the most glamorous but for the price and location everything was great. The staff were very kind to let us check in early as our room was ready also.

I was unable to stay at this hotel. When I entered the room there were large cockroaches scurrying from under the bed. In addition, I did not feel safe there. I had prepaid for two nights and asked for one night to be reimbursed but have nit received a refund. It was a terrible experience.
