Just too close to the road that the noise still sounds loud

We stayed here for two nights and overall had a good experience, especially considering it was the cheapest hotel we found in Kelowna. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, although the rooms are a little outdated. We did find a few small pieces of rubbish in the drawers, but nothing major. The parking lot could also have been cleaner, as there was quite a bit of rubbish around, possibly left by people staying around the area. Breakfast was included, but the first morning was disappointing as there was very little food available at 7:00 a.m., even though breakfast was supposed to start then. The second morning was much better, with toast, bagels, croissants, muffins, pastries, oat bars, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, butter and cream cheese. We only missed some ham, salami or cheese. Overall, for the price, we were satisfied with our stay.

The location with plenty of parking. Although the room was spacious, it needs a bit of a refresh. Lots of food for the free breakfast.

Was a nice clean place to stay and affordable

There are lovely gardens out front of the property, with a patio one can use for eating breakfast. Speedy checkin, and parking was close to the rooms. A lack of an elevator can be a problem for some people. Rooms are dated but spacious, clean and well maintained. We had a balcony overlooking the street. The breakfast room is small, and breakfast was minimal with cold cereal, juice, coffee/tea, yogurt and toast. Bagels were not replenished when done. Other packaged pastries were available. A number of restaurants are closeby for dining and the Kelowna airport is fairly closeby.

Unfortunately we booked this hotel through Expedia and had to cancel. Expedia reached out to the hotel for a refund and the Hotel declined. Maybe had we booked directly with the hotel this won’t have happened

The front staff are so nice and helpful. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good, lots of variety. Parking is easy.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dilworth Inn. The hotel is budget-friendly, clean, and comfortable, offering great value for the price. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, both inside the hotel and around the property, making it a perfect place to unwind. A special thanks to our housekeeper, Keerat, for doing an excellent job. Our room was always spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared each day. Keerat's attention to detail and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Dilworth Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and relaxing place to stay.

It was an affordable stay. Nothing dynamic but was sufficient. I can recommend staying here.

Clean room, staff helpful, parking good. Scared at night by Fire engine turning on siren outside our room. Didn’t like being on first floor—felt unsafe with no bars on patio windows at ground level. Disappointed pool and hot tub not working, didn’t realize until after we arrived. Breakfast a little disappointing since we thought there would be more hot meal choices and fresh muffins and perhaps waffle maker. Thank you…

The room was nice but there was housekeeping equipments left in hallway just outside of the stairs on the 2nd floor. It was left there all night. Also, there was garbage bags left just inside the door access on the ground floor,
