This is an older hotel that is clean and close to restaurants and shopping. I have stayed multiple times because once I stayed with my Labrador when he was having surgery in Kelowna. They treated him so well. It meant everything to me. They make your stay special.

Parking was free and close to my room, only thing that would of helped is maybe a vending machine to get myself a drink, room was comfortable and very clean, however shower curtain made shower a little difficult as it kept moving, was not staying in one place and with mobiloty issues, very difficult. However, i would definately stay again.

Room condition awful. Rattly noisy AC unit right overhead. Impossible to sleep. Poor bed. Very very old tired hotel, needs to be replaced.

My husband was in Kelowna for a medical procedure and we were treated very well. They gave us a room that was very spacious and the bathroom was well equipped with safety bars. We were located right next to an exit so it wasn’t far for my husband to walk. All in all everything was great.

The location was central to lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious and the shower had great pressure! The air conditioner worked well. Lots of parking. Not much in the way of breakfast (for my taste) but White Spot is right next door. They had a daily breakfast special for $10! The staff was friendly and efficient. They even left a hand written welcome note. I would definitely stay again for a quick overnight trip.
