Great location, shuttle bus service for guests to go around main spots of the island. 5 mins walk to the beach surrounding crystal clear sea water.

A equipe de funcionários foi muito atenciosa, Viccenzo fala português o que ajudou. Tudo limpo, café da manhã com muitas opções. Só a cama poderia ser mais confortável. De resto tudo muito bom.

Mycket bra hotell med rena och fräscha rum samt fantastisk havsutsikt. Perfekt läge nära en fin badstrand. Stort plus för den kostnadsfria skytteln till Capri centrum. God frukost med härlig utsikt över havet. Rekommenderas varmt!

I had great experience at this hotel.

Such a beautiful property with a stunning view of Marina Piccola and the Faraglioni rocks! We loved our three night stay here! Our terrace view was amazing, the room was huge and the staff was so helpful and friendly, with a special shout out to the shuttle drivers! The free shuttle to town that runs every 8 minutes was a huge plus! Grazie mille to everyone!

The stay was wonderful. Arriving late due to ferry cancellation/rescheduling, the staff were very attentive. Immediately helping with dinner reservations, ensuring our luggage was delivered by the porter service and making sure every ask was promptly taken care of. On our day of departure, all ferries were cancelled due to weather and without hesitation the Villa Francesco team jumped into action and arranged for a car service to Sorrento. Our next visit to Positano we will definitely stay here again. Oh by the way, the breakfast and room service were excellent.

They have a shuttle from the port to the hotel that makes the transfer very easy. The view from our room was beautiful. It is a short walk ~5 minutes to the beach. There are many paths suitable for walking to restaurants or scenic views of the Arco de Naturale. The breakfast and lunch food was good.

Regular shuttle was helpful and breakfast was sumptuous but dinner options were limited

We were checked in very small room- 107. Staff changed it next day without any problems. All reception stuff was great. We enjoy our staying

I like the beach was clean and beautiful, I don't like the the waitress at the restaurant, they are very pushing, and rude and allways ask about the tip to be in cash, also staff are not friendly at all, I love Capri is a beautiful place.

Excelente escolha! Super recomendo! A começar pela vista, na minha opinião, melhor vista da ilha! Tem uma localização privilegiada e uma praia super acessível e ótima para banho, restaurantes na praia ou locais para comprar sua bebida e ficar na praia. Outra comodidade que chamou muita atenção foi o serviço de translado ao centro gratuito, que roda a cada 15 minutos até a noite, uma comodidade muito útil para quem nao vem de carro para ilha, essencial! Oferecem tb translado até o porto, com um custo e marcação prévia. Quanto ao hotel e o quarto, extremamente limpos, confortáveis, elegantes. Café da manha SENSACIONAL! Tem muitas opções e tudo maravilhoso, vale muito a pena, é um brunch! Nosso quarto não tinha varanda privada, mas ficamos no andar de cima que tem acesso direto a um terraço incrível. E por fim , o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, muito educados, prestativos e fazem questão de falar sua língua, caso saibam, nosso caso, foi em português! Com certeza vou voltar à Capri e ao hotel!

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the beach view was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bar area had a nice atmosphere and drinks were great. The only downside was that service could be a little slow during busy times, but overall we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
