Great location, shuttle bus service for guests to go around main spots of the island. 5 mins walk to the beach surrounding crystal clear sea water.

Location!! We loved the location of this hotel. It was walking distance to the most beautiful beach. There was also and bus/taxi circle right outside the hotel making it easy to get around.

This hotel is in a perfect location if you want to go to the best beach in Capri. It was spotless and the shuttle to town was so efficient. The property was very clean and the staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. To be fair, the bed was a little firm and the walls a bit thin. However, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Reservei um quarto superior com vista para o mar, conforme anunciado no Hotéis.com, mas o quarto entregue era completamente diferente das fotos e da descrição. O ambiente era feio, mal conservado, sem banheira (apesar de constar no anúncio) e com itens danificados, como a lixeira do banheiro quebrada. O padrão da acomodação está muito abaixo de um hotel 4 estrelas, sendo, na minha opinião, equivalente a um hotel 2 estrelas. Ao procurar a recepção para relatar o problema, o atendimento foi extremamente decepcionante. O recepcionista se alterou e chegou a afirmar que “nem sempre o que está nas fotos e na descrição da reserva é o que será disponibilizado ao hóspede”, o que considero uma postura inaceitável e contrária ao que o consumidor contrata. A experiência ficou muito abaixo das expectativas criadas pelo anúncio. Escolhi este hotel com base nas fotos e na descrição da plataforma, mas recebi uma acomodação completamente diferente. Não recomendo.

Such a great place to stay! It’s in a perfect location right by such a beautiful beach. You can also take the shuttle to the capri town. It’s free so very useful. Beautiful hotel. They have an amazing pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. I would stay here again 😊

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt völlig okay. Lage zum öffentlichen Strand in 5 Gehminuten top. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal freundlich, Insgesamt eine gute 2–3. Highlight: Der kostenlose Shuttleservice im 5–10‑Minuten‑Rhythmus zum Zentrum und zurück war wirklich top und super zuverlässig.

Wow! Que dire de la vue du balcon. C'était époustouflant! La piscine parfaite pour un moment de détente. Le service était bien. Petite baie juste au pied de l'hôtel dans laquelle nous avons pu nous baigner.

La habitación era amplia y muy bonita tienen su restaurante y pagas por cada comida que quieras hacer, la comida es buena, el desayuno es bufet, puedes ir a la playa pero no es exclusiva del hotel, tiene servicio de transporte del puerto al aeropuerto con costo adicional

If you're looking for one of the best views in Capri, this hotel is an excellent choice. Unfortunately, the service did not match the beautiful location. The cups in the minibar were not clean and the toilet paper wasn't replaced until we specifically asked for it, which is a basic standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. The biggest disappointment was the welcome I received. While chatting with the receptionist, I casually mentioned that I hadn't been able to find an available room with a better view. I was not asking for an upgrade—I was simply making conversation. An older staff member suddenly interrupted in a very disrespectful manner, saying, "We only give you what you book. We can't upgrade it." I explained that I hadn't asked for an upgrade, but he simply turned around and walked away. It was an unnecessary and unprofessional interaction that left a very poor first impression. To be fair, the receptionist seemed genuinely sorry for what had happened and tried his best to make up for the situation. This guy and the manager were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. Their hospitality stood out and made a positive difference during our stay. If I ever return to this hotel, it would be because of them. Overall, the hotel offers one of the most spectacular views in Capri, but the poor first impression prevented the experience from living up to its full potential. First impressions matter, and unfortunately ours overshadowed the rest of the stay.
