My staying in this hotel was the worse experience I had in Europe, first of all two things are missing from my room, gucci hat and prada perfume, I reported nobody replied also there was no cctv in elevator or the way to the rooms, that was not a 5 stars hotel that's a some trash hotel, they have to downgrade it to 3 or 4, the service is bad, also I got robbed from my own room which is horrible.
