Hotel Amrâth was the perfect hotel for a first stay in Amsterdam! It is in an excellent location since it is within walking distance of Central Station and many of the key sites and shopping areas. The hotel was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here!

很好.
唯一是辦理登記入住時,要等上了一小時,才可取房間.雖然職員給我們增了飲品,都是有些不滿.正當可以取房後發現給錯了房間.由於我們訂的是雙床房,她們給了我們king size bed 房間,我的伴侣極之不開心再到前台與她們理論後才安排雙床房給回我們.在這裏確有不開心的.
對於一間極吸引力的酒店,在這裏安排實在有的錯失,應加留意.因為客人在訂酒店時已指明是雙床房為何不能安排而導致錯失,需要改善.
酒店的運作應該是知道,每天入住的旅客是訂了什麼的房間,而作出安排.而不是隨便給了房間給旅客就算了。除非旅客沒有指明那種房間.才可接受的.

No A/C both days. Reported on day 1, was to be fixed day 2. Did not happen. On check in asked about a cab reservation for our departure. Prefaced this with it will be Kings Day. I was told no problem we will arrange this. Checked at desk day before departure on our cab and was told that it was not possible, all roads will be blocked. I will have to say that our stay was terrible! No A/C and no cab. No offer by management to comp room, offer a free meal or even a free bar beverage. Not happy.

Hotellet er utrolig flot og specielt. Værelserne er fin størrelse og med god udsigt ud over kanalen.
Wellness området var flot, dog var spaen kun 32grader. Hvilket gjorde vi ikke brugte den.
Rengøring på værelset var ikke imponerende, derudover oplever vi at de først kom 18:30 for at gøre rent.
Vi fik desværre aldrig smagt morgenmaden, da de ikke mente vi havde morgenmad med i vores booking. Til trods for alle værelser via hotels.com havde fri morgenmad.
Servicen var utrolig dårlig, vi valgte derfor ikke at tage kampen op, og fandt et andet sted.
Alt i alt flot hotel, centralt, fine værelser. Men forvent ikke nogen service.

The breakfast was excellent. The buffet had lots of options and a made-to-order menu was also available. The junior suite was quite spacious. The staff was friendly and the front desk was very helpful. The hot tub and pool were quite small. The pool is not adequate for lap swimming or aerobic exercise. The location is convenient to the train station and we walked to most sites.

Wonderful location. Close to the train, metro, buses. Historic building with lots of charm. Gym and spa area was great. Sauna was a great bonus to relax after a day of sightseeing.
