Short walk from central station, this hotel has it all. We loved our stay and I’m sure this was the comfiest bed I had ever stayed in. Perfect location for seeing the sights. You didn’t hear a thing in our room and had the best nights sleep. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 for us

Because of a snow storm in the states we had to extend our holiday by two days unexpectedly and chose this hotel. I wish we booked for the entire holiday as it was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Staff friendly, room clean and spacious and overall great experience. Loved the free minibar in the room that was refilled daily and staff even came around every night to see if we needed anything.

很好.
唯一是辦理登記入住時,要等上了一小時,才可取房間.雖然職員給我們增了飲品,都是有些不滿.正當可以取房後發現給錯了房間.由於我們訂的是雙床房,她們給了我們king size bed 房間,我的伴侣極之不開心再到前台與她們理論後才安排雙床房給回我們.在這裏確有不開心的.
對於一間極吸引力的酒店,在這裏安排實在有的錯失,應加留意.因為客人在訂酒店時已指明是雙床房為何不能安排而導致錯失,需要改善.
酒店的運作應該是知道,每天入住的旅客是訂了什麼的房間,而作出安排.而不是隨便給了房間給旅客就算了。除非旅客沒有指明那種房間.才可接受的.

The location is perfect and the staff is very helpful and nice. Thats the good part. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation the whole trip. It was supposed to be done before, according to the web page. We could go to another hotell for free, but that is not as convenient so we did not go there. Then one morning we woke up and had no warm water due to a water leak. It was fixed the same day, but still inconvenient. Then our sink broke. The water stopper got stuck in low position. That was not fixed so we had to remove it manually and have an open hole into the Pipes. Not very nice. There cleaning staff just put the stopper on the sink. So 3 very unfortunate events which should not be a part of any hotell visits, specially not a 5 star one.

We booked this hotel for the spa facilities and were very disappointed.
We weren’t told at any point that the pool was out of order, and nothing was mentioned at check-in. We were later told it would open the next day, but it didn’t. The jacuzzi and steam room were also out of order all weekend. Staff repeatedly said the facilities would open later, but they never did.
We were told we could use another hotel’s pool 10 minutes away, with no real apology or clear information. Communication was poor throughout.
The room was large and the beds were comfortable, but the hotel is overpriced for what it offers, particularly when the spa facilities were out of order all weekend. We wouldn’t stay again. When we returned to collect bags after leaving them in their storage for the day, they couldn't find our bags and told us they had multiple locations they stored them in within the hotel and needed to hunt for them.
Overall, a disappointing stay. Avoid this hotel.

This hotel was amazing!! Old world charm with modern accommodations. Just outside Amsterdam city center by a 10 min walk, also right near the central train station. The staff was excellent and provided superb service. Lots or restaurants nearby and a really nice onsite restaurant and bar. You can book this hotel and have no regrets!

Perfectly placed in the most perfect of cities!
Quite gothic, and definitely not the 'normal' and 'corporate' of interiors adds to the charm.
Staff were well annoying at check in - we got there seven minutes early and they wouldn't check us in then whilst standing waiting they checked in two other rooms... Apart from that that staff were lovely!!
