很好. 唯一是辦理登記入住時,要等上了一小時,才可取房間.雖然職員給我們增了飲品,都是有些不滿.正當可以取房後發現給錯了房間.由於我們訂的是雙床房,她們給了我們king size bed 房間,我的伴侣極之不開心再到前台與她們理論後才安排雙床房給回我們.在這裏確有不開心的. 對於一間極吸引力的酒店,在這裏安排實在有的錯失,應加留意.因為客人在訂酒店時已指明是雙床房為何不能安排而導致錯失,需要改善. 酒店的運作應該是知道,每天入住的旅客是訂了什麼的房間,而作出安排.而不是隨便給了房間給旅客就算了。除非旅客沒有指明那種房間.才可接受的.

Perfect breakfast and nice staffs! Much appreciated for the romantic decorations in our stayed room. Perfect location for our visit, very convenient to transfer with bus, trains or subways.

Very nice hotel, lots of old world charm.

I have stayed at this hotel about five times over the last few years. Lovely location and great staff and a unique historic property which I love as I like boutique historic hotels. Just lovely.

We booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool. On arrival we found out it was out of order. There was also no water at all in any of the rooms or public areas on the day of our arrival so we couldn’t wash or use the toilet and the staff did not provide any updates despite confirming they would let us know when it was fixed. The room was dusty in places, the beds poor and certainly not a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was the only good part.

Very unique property with lots of history. Would have liked to read more about it. Tea and coffee brought to room in evening was a nice touch and free mini bar. Swimming pool was out of action which was disappointing (but Expedia who didn't tell us rather than hotel and the hotel did have a work-around in place to go to a neighbour hotel). We arrived before check in and left luggage, then returned to see if we could check in early (couldn't) then again to check in; each time, quite a wait to be seen to which was frustrating. Staff very friendly. Shower was poor and could have done with a fully frosted door on bathroom as sharing room with my son and better door.

Great stay

Having booked a trip with my 6 year old daughter, noting the temperature was 32 degrees, we made the decision to pay a premium price and stay in order to use the swimming pool. On the day of travel the hotel contacted us asking us to online check in, with a small note at bottom saying the pool is closed. Whilst this is I’m sure not avoidable, when we attempted to book they stated they would get back in touch in 3 hours after discussing with the reservations team. Hours then days passed, no response to my numerous calls and emails. With no option but to check in we were placed in a dated but clean room 802, next do to the creaky lift, which kept us up all night. As we boarded our ferry home 2 days after our arrival Expedia contacted us to approve a hotel change due to the facilities not being as described. Shame it wasn’t done before our trip was over. I have arranged a call back when we arrive home. Whilst we made the most of the trip it left a bitter taste, knowing we could have stayed in a neighbouring hotel for over £90 less, had we not wanted the pool. The website still states the hotel has a pool, I just wouldn’t count on it.

The elevator woke us up both nights we spent there. There was no hot water on the first night when I wanted to take a shower (they were fixing something but didn't let the guests know). I had to ask for soap. Not a 5 star experience. Location is good. Breakfast was very good.

We hade a wounderful trip with Robert, he shoved is the hotel and was very helpful, kind and funny.

Veldig fint og historisk hotell, fantastisk utsmykket. Sengene var helt fantastisk, stort bad og dusj. Super beliggenhet. Alt i alt veldig bra

We had two rooms booked for two nights. The rooms were big and well appointed, with really nice shampoo, conditioner. Etc Nice tea bags, coffee Etc too. The building is very interesting, being historically shipping offices. We had booked the hotel because of the pool, so it being out of action was disappointing. However, it was a good stay, good location. Nice and quiet at night also.

Do not go here in the summer. The “climate control” is not air conditioning. It was much hotter in our room than outside, and staying in the hotel was very hot. We opened the windows, but they did not vent well, and a ton of bugs came in. The pool was also closed. We paid extra for a suite with canal view and large windows, but they put us up on the 4th floor with small, set back windows which did not have a good view or the canal. When we asked to switch rooms, they said they were full and could not move us.

Very nice breakfast buffet! Room was perfect, shower was lovely and the most cosy bed with the best pillows i've ever slept on!!!!! I had such a wonderful sleep!!!!

Wonderful hotel, like a cross between The Continental and the hotel from The Shining! Extremely friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast, I had a junior suite for 4 nights which was huge, clean and well-appointed. Great location just a 10 minute walk from the Dam Square. Will definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with our large room with high ceilings and canal view. It was very quiet and was a good location from the train station. The restaurant was fantastic for breakfast and elegant for dinner! Would highly recommend. Staff was helpful and friendly.
