歯ブラシやクシを部屋に置いておいてほしかった。

館内どこも清潔に保たれており、スタッフの対応も早く良い滞在となりました。

中央駅に近くオランダのどこに行くにもアクセスが最高な所が特によかった。サウナがあるのもいい。逆に気になった点は全体として埃っぽいところや朝食が個人的にそこまで好みでなかった点、建物の雰囲気が昔の洋館のようで1人で宿泊するとやや怖い点（笑）

I stayed for 2 nights. The room I wanted was not available on the first night, but I asked the receptionist and they changed my room to the one I wanted the next night. As for breakfast, there was a wide variety of breads, both cold and baked, and they were all delicious. However, there are several steps at the entrance and also stairs to the lift, so it may be difficult for people with heavy suitcases. Of course, after checking in, a reliable porter will carry your suitcase, but it is difficult to reach the reception desk (and I'm sure I'm not the only op

スタッフの対応、朝食の種類と美味しさ、部屋の広さとアメニティの多さは、素晴らしかったです。 ホテルが広いので、わかにくいのがちょっと難点でした。

２泊という短い滞在だったので、中央駅近くのホテルにしました。スタッフ全体は気持ちよく、建物も重厚な歴史を感じさせるものでした。ただ、２日目の15時になっても部屋の掃除がされておらず、リクエストしていったん外出して帰宅したら、ベッドメイク等はなされていたが、バスルームは清掃した気配は皆無。また、初日に部屋に設置されていたコーヒーメーカーが故障していて、コンシェルジュ経由で連絡して担当に来てもらったものの結局直らず、翌日には修理か交換しておくと言っていたのに、結局何もされていなく、また何度も連絡して、ようやく交換してもらいました。 また、ほかの部屋の廊下の前に、たぶんルームサービスで使用したと思われるグラスと食器が出されていましたが、翌日になってもそのまま出されていました。

とても良かったです。

Very good hotel for walking around Amsterdam Dam

Beautiful grand old hotel.the staff were incredibly helpful and the concierge was always at hand to guide you in the right direction. My room was stunning and had a lovely canal view. Breakfast buffet was very good and had some healthy options, but the best part of the hotel was the wellness spa and the warm pool that made you feel you were under the nights sky. Highly recommend. However, please note the restaurant is closed (although there are bar snacks) and a few elevators weren’t working when I was there.

Cool historic hotel in a good location, but was missing key amenities. First, there was no elevator to the ground floor/basement where my room was. Second, when I called for room service, I was informed they could only provide drinks as the kitchen was being renovated. But when I walked by the restaurant upstairs, it seemed people were being served food. Lastly, loud jackhammer noise was outside my room in the morning starting at 8 AM, which I thought was maybe from the kitchen "renovations."

Luxurious room, comfortable bed and soacious barhroom. Superb spa. Delightful breakfast.

Staff were very courteous and helpful

Chambre deluxe vue sur canal ne vaut pas le prix, située dans le nouveau bâtiment, très loin de la réception (et donc de l'entrée/sortie de l'hôtel) et de l'espace wellness. Il faut marcher beaucoup, plusieurs et il faut prendre 2 ascenseurs. Problème d'évacuation de la douche, réception informée mais problème non réglé. Message envoyé via application Hotels.com non lu. Information qu'il s'agissait d'un séjour pour célébrer un anniversaire par message (non lu donc) et se vive voix à la réception le jour même, aucun petit geste, pas même un souhait d'anniversaire. Pas de portier, pas d'aide pour les bagages.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was beautiful, featuring grand windows and electric curtains that added a luxurious touch. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower room was excellent, stocked with generous-sized bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The only small downside was that the tea bags weren’t great and there was no milk provided in the room. The staff were polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options including smoked salmon, avocado, fresh pastries, a full English breakfast, juices, prosecco, and fresh fruits — something for everyone. The spa facilities were lovely overall. Although we were disappointed that the steam room was out of order and the jacuzzi could have been a bit hotter, the pool was great and the two saunas were excellent. The location is perfect — just minutes from Central Station and surrounded by lively restaurants and bars. We would certainly stay here again.

Quirky almost Gothic architecture. We made good use of the pool. Good location close to the train station.

Hôtel génial! Notre chambre nous a été donné gentiment à 8h30 au lieu de 15h car elle était prête! Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement fabuleux!!! L hôtel est au calme mais au cœur de la ville, on y retournera avec plaisir!
