I was in AMS for 5 days with my adult daughter. The room we had (superior deluxe twin) was outstanding - so spacious and loved the big tall windows that opened overlooking the canal. The deep bathtub was fantastic as was the breakfast! The sauna and pool were nice, although the hot tub was not working. Overall, terrific!

We had an excellent stay. The place is an old building and a bit of a maze but the staff were all great and we had a great stay thanks! Good location for the station and everything else!

Gorgeous historic hotel in a convenient location to transportation and a short walk to many sights. Our room was lovely, the restaurant as very good and the breakfast spread was phenomenal!!

The hotel is really in an amazing location. Easily walkable from the main train station and close enough to all of the attractions.
Close to restaurants, while also having a reasonable and good restaurant/bar on their own.
The staff was always friendly and very helpful. There is a lovely, spacious spa and turn-down service nightly.
Only downfall is that this hotel is in need of a serious updating.
The outside carpet has seen a better day.
The rooms are worn, comfortable and a good size for Europe, but the sheets never stayed on the mattress, the mattress itself looked horribly worn. There was a huge rip in the sheer curtain.
Clean, but outdated and just looked worn through and through.
